在陶瓷艺术学院3000余平方米的高标准全流程实验实训和检测展示校内实训室，现代化的教学设备令人眼前一亮。陶瓷3D打印机前，学生正在调试用于打印的泥料;五轴雕刻机高速运转，精细快速地制作模种;陶瓷数控精细钻孔机精准打出茶具滤网孔洞;印花机、修坯机等各类实训器材一应俱全。学院还利用国家“双新”专项资金建设了陶瓷工艺声光电展示中心、陶瓷生产人工智能中心、陶瓷材料分析研发设备平台、智能化生产实训平台和3D打印新型材质开发平台等，新技术应用在全省处于领先地位。“我们要让学生在校期间就接受从泥料到成品的全工艺流程实习实训，实现教学过程与生产过程的精准对接。”陶瓷艺术学院院长包慧利介绍道。

The college has also used national "Double Innovation" special funds to build a ceramic craft acoustic, optical and electrical exhibition center, a ceramic production artificial intelligence center, a ceramic material analysis and R&D equipment platform, an intelligent production training platform, and a 3D printing new material development platform, among others. The application of new technologies is in a leading position in the province. "We want students to receive internships and training throughout the entire process from clay to finished products during their studies, so as to achieve a precise connection between the teaching process and the production process," said Bao Huili, Dean of the School of Ceramic Arts.

Inside the exhibition hall, students' graduation projects are abundant, and a ceramic lampshade with a unique shape and warm light and shadow is particularly eye-catching. This is the graduation project of Dao Jiaxin, a previous graduate who is now employed at Tinghuai Kiln. Some students even fired ceramic bamboo slips and flutes, showcasing amazing creativity and fully demonstrating their solid skills and artistic creativity.

产教融合是汝州职业技术学院陶瓷艺术学院最鲜明的办学特色。学院在全省高校率先成立汝瓷产业学院，聘请20多名专家和汝瓷大师担任外聘教授，推进现代学徒制人才培养模式改革，与20余家陶瓷知名龙头企业深度合作，企业导师和学校教师双师联动，确保人才培养质量。

Industry-education integration is the most distinctive feature of the School of Ceramic Arts at Ruzhou Vocational and Technical College. 今年3月，汝州职业技术学院与英国格拉斯哥城市学院合作举办的陶瓷设计与工艺专业高等专科教育项目获河南省教育厅正式批准，成为我省陶瓷领域首个中外合作高职专科项目。项目学制3年，计划年招生120人，纳入国家普通高等学校招生计划。包慧利表示：“学院将以此为契机，构建‘中国根、国际范、产业用’的人才培养模式，为陶瓷产业高质量发展培养更多国际化人才，擦亮平顶山‘陶瓷文化名片’。”
