一是抓好规划执行。梳理“十四五”规划目标完成情况,制定收官冲刺方案,确保任务高效完成,力争在交通强国评价指标上有更多贡献。

一是服务大局,建强“交通极”。构建“畅达全国”的开放通道体系,东向强化沿江综合交通走廊,南向推进公铁陆海通道扩能,西向打通出疆入藏战略通道,北向完善高效快速通道集群,支撑四川高水平对外开放。构建联通国际的立体枢纽体系,协同重庆打造世界级机场群、西部陆海新通道物流和运营组织中心、长江上游航运中心,夯实成都都市圈、省域经济副中心等区域的交通承载力,增强全国性综合交通枢纽城市中转组织功能,提升优势区域辐射带动力。构建规范高效的交通治理体系,着力推进综合交通运输体系改革,强化川渝交通协同立法执法,加快构建统一开放的交通运输市场。

二是服务人民,铺就“幸福路”。构建“畅通畅捷”的交通网络体系,实施“织密三州网”路网填白提质、“畅行千万村”新一轮农村公路提升等行动,提升城际、城乡互联互通水平,缩小区域和城乡交通差距。构建“人享其行”的出行服务体系,推动城际出行快速化、城市出行绿色化、城乡出行一体化,完善无障碍设施,为老年群体提供“零痛点”出行体验。构建“安全安心”的韧性交通体系,实施公路安全韧性提升、水路“平安渡运”等专项工程,增强运输装备安全性能,完善“专业+社会”应急救援力量,保障群众出行安全。
