Air China Successfully Completed the Second Comprehensive Exercise at Tianfu Airport
5月9日，成都天府国际机场展开第二次综合演练。国航各相关单位在第一次演练的基础上，总结经验、精心准备，顺利完成了此次演练所有科目，为天府机场正式启用后的航班保障，积累了宝贵经验。
On May 9th, Chengdu Tianfu International Airport launched the second comprehensive drill. On the basis of the first exercise, all relevant units of Air China have successfully completed all the subjects of this exercise by summing up experience and careful preparation, which has accumulated valuable experience for flight support after the official opening of Tianfu Airport.

5月9日，国航西南分公司参与了成都天府国际机场第二次综合演练。
On May 9th, Air China Southwest Branch participated in the second comprehensive drill of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport.
在此次演练中，国航天府基地运行中心开始启用，地服、枢纽运行控制中心、货运、航食、机务等单位入驻并参与到演练中。
In this exercise, the operation center of Air China Tianfu Base was put into use, and ground service, hub operation control center, freight, aviation food, maintenance and other units settled in and participated in the exercise.
相比第一次演练，这次演练时段为下午至夜间，演练规模提升,演练科目、航班量增多。其中，国航共参与了12个国际国内进出港航班演练，在航班类别方面，增加了含国内段的国际航班科目，航班时刻集中在18点至21点。
Compared with the first exercise, the exercise lasted from afternoon to night, and the scale of the exercise increased, and the number of exercises and flights increased. Among them, Air China participated in 12 international and domestic flight drills. In terms of flight categories, it added international flight subjects with domestic segments, and the flights were always concentrated from 18: 00 to 21: 00.
本次演练科目测试了包含生产组织、地面服务、站坪保障等环节，重点检验生产组织全流程是否顺畅，各项信息流程是否及时准确，机场、油料等外部单位的信息流程是否畅通便捷，行李接收、传送、分拣、运输、装卸机（模拟）、提取等流程是否合理。同时，还增加了因飞机故障运力调整、进港行李提取转盘故障、进港停机位临时调整等特情演练设置。（刘文涵 马黎 武阳 黄雨迪/文 马黎/图）

The summary of food consumption in Southwest China Airlines of Zhongyi Company has achieved remarkable results.
日前，中翼公司西南航食（以下简称“西南航食“）先后两次顺利完成了天府机场演练任务，保障了共计1.5万余份参演工作人员和模拟旅客的餐食，这是西南航食自成立以来首次完成超80公里的远距离冷热餐同步配送任务。
A few days ago, Zhongyi Company Southwest Airlines Food (hereinafter referred to as "Southwest Airlines Food") successfully completed the drill task of Tianfu Airport twice, ensuring a total of more than 15,000 meals for participating staff and simulated passengers. This is the first time that Southwest Airlines Food has completed the synchronous distribution of hot and cold meals over 80 kilometers since its establishment.

自西南航食接到演练保障任务时起，相关部门就积极与交管、路政等单位沟通协调，规范物资配送服务流程。

4月中旬，西南航食完成了从双流到天府分公司的车辆转场工作，分时间节点对保障人员、车辆及设备到位情况进行检查、记录，并安排专人实地勘查，两次模拟演练配送路线，细化每人每车每点位的工作。经过9次修改，最终确定了餐食生产配送服务保障方案。
In mid-April, Southwest Airlines completed the vehicle transition from Shuangliu to Tianfu Branch, inspected and recorded the arrival of support personnel, vehicles and equipment at different time nodes, and arranged special personnel for on-the-spot investigation, simulated the distribution route twice, and refined the work of each person, vehicle and point. 4月24日凌晨2点，西南航食参与的第一次演练保障工作拉开序幕，生产部出动103名工作人员制作保障餐食。
At 2: 00 am on April 24th, the first exercise of food support participated by Southwest Airlines kicked off, and the production department dispatched 103 staff to make food support.
凌晨4点，距首次演练正式开始还有5个小时，工作人员带着以藤椒、泡椒、麻辣三种经典川味为主的餐食前往演练地点。
At 4 o'clock in the morning, five hours before the official start of the first drill, the staff went to the drill site with three classic Sichuan-style meals: rattan pepper, pickled pepper and spicy.
上午10点，地面业务部全体员工出动配送餐食，车队、航机工作人员积极配合。下午2点半，西南航食临时接到3840份晚餐制作配送任务，双流本部生产部启动紧急制作保障程序，从制作开始仅耗时3小时临时加餐就已抵达天府机场。
At 10 o'clock in the morning, all the staff of the ground business department dispatched meals, and the team and aircraft staff actively cooperated. At 2: 30 in the afternoon, Southwest China Southern Airlines temporarily received 3,840 dinner production and distribution tasks, and the production department of Shuangliu Headquarters started the emergency production guarantee procedure. It took only three hours to temporarily add meals from the beginning of production and arrived at Tianfu Airport.

Summing up experience and welcoming the second drill
由于天府机场在系统硬件、保障流程、信息传递、登机口布局等方面与双流机场存在诸多差异，西南航食在首次演练中对这些差异进行了实操和记录。
Because there are many differences between Tianfu Airport and Shuangliu Airport in terms of system hardware, support process, information transmission and gate layout, Southwest Airlines Food Company conducted practical operations and recorded these differences in the first exercise.
在首次演练后，针对演练中发现的问题，西南航食迅速作出了调整。由于天府机场航站楼隔离区登机口点位距离跨度大，登机口各点位客流情况不一，出现某些点位物资耗尽而某些点位物资过剩的情况。西南航食决定在第二次演练中调整登机口物资分发点位，由专人调配及时满足高峰时段的物资供应，以减少浪费。
After the first drill, Southwest Airlines quickly made adjustments to the problems found in the drill. Due to the long distance between boarding gates in the isolation area of Tianfu Airport Terminal, the passenger flow at each boarding gate is different, and some points are exhausted and some points are surplus. Southwest Airlines decided to adjust the distribution point of materials at the boarding gate in the second drill, and the special personnel will allocate materials in time to meet the supply during peak hours to reduce waste.

西南航线中心在接到演练任务后，制定了详尽的演练方案，分别从中心成都航线一大队、生产计划控制部、天府机场运行筹备组、航空安全质量部、公司成都地区生产支援部抽调精兵强将，组成16人演练小组。演练小组在结合第一次综合演练经验基础上，进一步优化了演练流程和人员配置，反复细化演练各场景细节。
After receiving the drill task, Southwest Airline Center made a detailed drill plan, and selected elite soldiers from Chengdu Airline No.1 Team, Production Planning Control Department, Tianfu Airport Operation Preparatory Team, Aviation Safety and Quality Department and Chengdu Production Support Department of the Company to form a 16-person drill team. Based on the experience of the first comprehensive drill, the drill team further optimized the drill process and personnel allocation, and repeatedly refined the details of the drill scenes.

近日，国航西南地服部组织开展了主题为“学党史 跟党走 保安全 助生产”的天府机场员工消防安全演练培训，450余名员工分三批参与了演练培训。
Recently, the Southwest Ground Service Department of Air China organized a fire safety drill training for Tianfu Airport employees with the theme of "Learning the Party History and Keeping the Party Safe to Help Production". More than 450 employees participated in the drill training in three batches.
此次演练的内容主要包括消防安全知识理论教学和现场模拟火灾逃生演练及灭火瓶使用。来自四川省消防协会的培训老师将日常候机楼工作中易发火灾状况、不同火灾类型的灭火方式等知识进行了耐心的讲解。随后，又根据不同火灾状况和类型，演示了灭火器材的使用时机和使用方法。随后，进行了消防演练。在冒着浓烟的逃生演练舱中，员工们在老师的指导下，“俯下身，缓前进，单手单脚去探路”，很快就找到了安全出口。
