中航集团党组部署开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育工作

The Party Leadership Group of AVIC Group has deployed efforts to carry out education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements.

2月28日，中航集团召开党组会议暨党的建设工作领导小组会议，深入学习领会习近平总书记关于树立和践行正确政绩观的重要论述精神，传达学习中央党的建设工作领导小组会议和国务院国资委党委有关会议精神，传达学习中央办公厅、国务院国资委党委有关通知精神，研究部署启动集团树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育工作。集团党组书记、董事长刘铁祥主持会议，党组成员参加会议。

On February 28, Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) Group convened a Party Leadership Group meeting and a meeting of its Leading Group for Party Building. The meeting focused on thoroughly studying and understanding General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statements on establishing and practicing a correct view of political performance. It also conveyed and studied the spirit of relevant meetings of the Central Leading Group for Party Building and the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, as well as relevant notices issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the SASAC Party Committee.The meeting further discussed and arranged the launch of the Group’s educational program on establishing and practicing a correct view of political performance. The meeting was chaired by Liu Tiexiang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Group, and attended by members of the Party Leadership Group.

会议指出，在全党开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育，是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大决策部署，是今年党的政治生活中的一件大事。集团各级党组织、广大党员干部要提高政治站位，深刻认识开展学习教育的重大意义，坚决把思想和行动统一到党中央开展学习教育的重大决策部署上来，自觉把开展学习教育作为重大政治任务抓紧抓牢，紧密结合集团改革发展实际，以高度的使命感、责任感抓好学习教育，不断增强为人民出政绩、以实干出实绩的自觉性主动性，努力创造经得起实践、人民、历史检验的成绩，为集团实现凤凰腾飞、再创辉煌提供有力保障，以实际行动坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”。

The meeting pointed out that carrying out Party-wide education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political performance is a major decision and deployment made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, and a significant event in the Party’s political life this year.Party organizations at all levels within the Group, as well as the broad ranks of Party members and officials, must raise their political standing and deeply understand the great significance of this educational initiative. They should resolutely align their thinking and actions with the major decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee, consciously regard this initiative as a major political task, and ensure it is firmly implemented. Closely integrating it with the Group’s reform and development, they must carry out the program with a strong sense of mission and responsibility, continuously enhancing their awareness and initiative in delivering achievements for the people and producing tangible results through hard work. Efforts should be made to create accomplishments that can stand the test of practice, the people, and history, providing strong support for the Group to achieve a new leap forward and renewed success. Through concrete actions, they should firmly uphold the “Two Establishes” and resolutely achieve the “Two Upholds.”

会议强调，集团上下要深刻理解、准确把握、全面落实“立党为公、为民造福、科学决策、真抓实干”总要求，坚持学查改一体推进，统筹抓好学习研讨、查摆问题、整改整治、建章立制、开门教育等重点工作。突出思想引领，抓好学习研讨，突出刀刃向内，抓好问题查摆，突出实绩实效，抓好整改整治，突出常态长效，抓好建章立制，突出可感可及，抓好开门教育。

The meeting emphasized that all levels of the Group must deeply understand, accurately grasp, and fully implement the general requirements of "building the Party for the public good, benefiting the people, making scientific decisions, and taking real and solid actions." It is essential to promote the integrated process of study, examination, and rectification, and coordinate key tasks including study and discussion, problem identification, rectification and remediation, system building for long-term effectiveness, and open-door education. Efforts should focus on ideological guidance to ensure solid study and discussion, self-reflection to ensure thorough problem identification, tangible results to ensure effective rectification, long-term mechanisms to ensure sustained effectiveness, and public accessibility to ensure open-door education.

会议强调，集团党组要带头发挥示范表率作用，其他党组成员要认真履行“一岗双责”，既抓好自身学习，又指导推动好分管领域、分管单位的学习教育，引领全集团学习教育走深走实。各级党组织要提高政治站位，强化责任担当，注重统筹兼顾，把学习教育与落实中央部署、服务“国之大者”结合起来，同打赢“五场硬仗”、加快建设一流结合起来，同加强党的建设、激励干事创业结合起来，以正确政绩观引领集团高质量发展取得新突破，为强国建设、民族复兴伟业做出新贡献。

The meeting stressed that the Party Leadership Group of the Group should take the lead in setting an example and playing an exemplary role. Other members of the Party Leadership Group must conscientiously fulfill their "dual responsibilities" — both ensuring their own effective learning and guiding and promoting the education efforts in the sectors and units under their purview, so as to drive the entire Group's learning and education deep and solid. Party organizations at all levels should raise their political stance, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and focus on coordinated progress. They should integrate the learning and education with the implementation of central government directives and the service of the "great matters of the nation," align it with winning the "five tough battles" and accelerating the building of a world-class enterprise, and combine it with strengthening Party building and motivating dedication and entrepreneurial endeavors. A correct view of political achievements should guide the Group in achieving new breakthroughs in high-quality development, making new contributions to the great cause of building a strong nation and realizing national rejuvenation.

公司总师总助级领导，驻集团纪检监察组有关负责同志，总部相关管理支持部门负责同志以及集团学习教育专班成员列席会议。

The company's chief engineers and assistant-level leaders, relevant responsible comrades of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team stationed in the Group, responsible comrades of relevant management support departments at the headquarters, as well as members of the Group's learning and education special task force attended the meeting as non-voting participants.
