9月10日，中航集团党组举办理论学习中心组学习暨“学思想、强党性”学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神专题读书班第2次学习，听取集团有关单位解读《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》、汇报集团改革工作思路，党组成员围绕学习贯彻全会精神，结合分管领域工作实际，进行交流发言。集团董事长、党组书记马崇贤主持学习，集团党组成员、公司领导参加学习。集团直属机关党委委员、集团有关管理支持部门、办事机构主要负责同志列席参加。

通过学习研讨，集团党组进一步交流了认识、统一了思想、凝聚了共识。大家深刻认识到，全会向全党全国做出了进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化建设的总动员、总部署，中航集团作为载旗航空和骨干央企，必须在学习贯彻全会精神上当好排头兵。大家一致表示，要始终在思想上、政治上、行动上同以习近平同志为核心的党中央保持高度一致，解放思想、守正创新、锐意改革、担当作为，以贯彻落实全会精神的生动实践，坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”。

As the flag carrier airline and a key central state-owned enterprise, the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) Group must act as a vanguard in studying and implementing the spirit of the plenary session. Everyone unanimously expressed that it is necessary to always maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in ideology, politics and action, emancipate the mind, uphold integrity and innovation, be determined to carry out reforms, take on responsibilities and act. With vivid practices of implementing the spirit of the plenary session, firmly support the "Two Establishes" and resolutely achieve the "Two Safeguards".

马崇贤对集团进一步学习贯彻全会精神提出了要求。一是深化全会精神学习，持续高质量抓好理论学习、教育培训、宣传宣讲，推动全集团学起来、动起来，切实把学习成果转化为攻坚克难的强大动力。二是抓好全会精神落实，积极发扬改革精神，聚焦增强核心功能、提升核心竞争力，主动思考、谋划、推进改革工作，着力以高质量发展的新成效体现和检验学习贯彻全会精神的成果。三是以落实全会精神为契机和动力，统筹抓好巡视整改、安全生产、效益攻坚、旅客服务、风险防范、党的建设等各项工作，全力以赴、攻坚克难完成集团全年工作目标。

今年以来，集团党组贯彻落实党中央在《巩固拓展学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育成果的意见》中关于建立专题读书班制度的部署要求，结合党组理论学习中心组学习，聚焦党纪学习教育、巡视整改、学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神等专题，先后开展了8期“学思想、强党性”读书班，静下心来读原文、学原著、悟原理，结合工作实际深入交流研讨，切实推动习近平总书记重要论述精神入脑入心、党中央重大决策部署在集团落实落地。
