4月29日，在“五一”国际劳动节即将来临之际，2025年全国民航蓝天奖表彰大会暨劳模大讲堂启动会在京举办。会议全面贯彻党的二十大和二十届二中、三中全会精神，贯彻落实习近平总书记在庆祝中华全国总工会成立100周年暨全国劳动模范和先进工作者表彰大会上的重要讲话精神，表彰2025年蓝天奖状、蓝天奖章获得者。民航局党组书记、局长宋志勇出席会议并讲话。民航局党组成员、副局长,民航工会主席韩钧主持会议。

On April 29th, as May 1st International Labor Day approaches, the 2025 National Civil Aviation Blue Sky Award Commendation Conference and the kick-off meeting of Model Workers Lecture Hall were held in Beijing. The meeting fully implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, implemented the spirit of the important speech delivered by * at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the National Commendation Conference for Model Workers and Advanced Workers, and commended the winners of the Blue Sky Certificate and Blue Sky Medal in 2025. Song Zhiyong, Party Secretary and Director of CAAC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Han Jun, member of the Party Group and deputy director of Civil Aviation Administration, and chairman of Civil Aviation Trade Union, presided over the meeting.

经党和国家功勋荣誉表彰工作委员会办公室同意，2025年“五一”前夕，民航局开展蓝天奖状、蓝天奖章评选表彰。会议宣读了民航局表彰决定并进行颁奖，授予国航西南分公司等27个单位、国航飞行总队第四飞行大队一中队晨风班组等48个班组蓝天奖状荣誉称号，张凤麟等75名同志蓝天奖章荣誉称号。蓝天奖章获得者、国航飞行总队三大队一中队中队长王雨寒宣读了倡议书。

With the approval of the Office of the Party and National Meritorious Honor Commendation Working Committee, on the eve of May Day in 2025, the Civil Aviation Administration of China will carry out the selection and commendation of blue sky certificates and blue sky medals. The meeting read out the commendation decision of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and presented awards, awarding the honorary title of Blue Sky Certificate to 27 units including Air China Southwest Branch, 48 teams including Morrowind Team of the First Squadron of the Fourth Flight Brigade of Air China Flight Corps, and the honorary title of Blue Sky Medal to 75 comrades including Zhang Fenglin. Wang Yuhan, winner of the Blue Sky Medal and squadron leader of the First Squadron of the Third Brigade of Air China Flight Corps, read out the proposal.

宋志勇代表民航局党组向受到表彰的先进集体和个人表示热烈祝贺，向长期以来为民航事业发展作出突出贡献的劳模先进致以崇高敬意，向奋战在民航各个岗位上的广大职工致以节日问候。他表示，今年是全面完成“十四五”规划的收官之年，是“十五五”规划的谋划之年，也是推动民航安全发展、高质量发展的关键一年。做好今年的民航工作，需要劳模先进积极发挥先锋模范作用，带动民航广大职工充分发挥主力军作用，为奋力谱写加快建设交通强国民航篇章贡献力量。

Song Zhiyong, on behalf of the Party Leadership Group of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), extended warm congratulations to the recognized advanced collectives and individuals, paid high tribute to the model workers and advanced individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of civil aviation over the years, and conveyed festive greetings to the vast number of employees working across various positions in civil aviation. He stated that this year marks the final year for the comprehensive completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan, a year for planning the 15th Five-Year Plan, and a critical year for promoting safe and high-quality development in civil aviation. To accomplish the civil aviation work this year, it is necessary for model workers and advanced individuals to actively play an exemplary and vanguard role, driving the vast workforce in civil aviation to fully leverage their role as the main force, contributing to the vigorous efforts to write the civil aviation chapter of accelerating the construction of a leading transportation powerhouse.

宋志勇指出，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在庆祝中华全国总工会成立100周年暨全国劳动模范和先进工作者表彰大会上的重要讲话精神，提高政治站位，强化宗旨意识，勇于担当作为，进一步增强做好民航工作的责任感使命感。要充分发挥民航职工主力军作用，锤炼过硬作风，练就精湛技能，勇于创新创造，积极投身改革，推动行业安全发展、高质量发展。要充分发挥工会组织的桥梁纽带作用，坚持正确政治方向，深入践行社会主义核心价值观，持续加强民航职工队伍建设，坚持以职工为中心的工作导向，进一步汇聚起推进民航高质量发展的强大力量。

Song Zhiyong pointed out that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of 　 's important speech at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the National Commendation Conference for Model Workers and Advanced Workers, improve the political position, strengthen the sense of purpose, have the courage to take responsibility, and further enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of civil aviation work. 宋志勇强调，民航各级党组织要深入贯彻中央党的群团工作会议精神，坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级的方针，更好发挥工会组织在民航工作全局中的重要作用。要重视工会干部队伍建设，关心工会干部的学习和成长，完善工会干部培养、交流和使用制度。要进一步加强对工会的资源保障力度，为工会履行职责、发挥效用创造有利条件。

Song Zhiyong emphasized that Party organizations at all levels within the civil aviation system must thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Party's Conference on Party and Mass Work, adhere to the policy of wholeheartedly relying on the working class, and better leverage the important role of trade union organizations in the overall work of civil aviation. Importance should be attached to the development of the trade union cadre team, care should be given to their learning and growth, and systems for the training, exchange, and deployment of trade union cadres should be improved. Efforts to ensure resource allocation for trade unions should be further strengthened, creating favorable conditions for trade unions to fulfill their duties and play their roles effectively.
