  • 2026年丙午马年春节期间,国航国内外自营休息室开展“凤舞神州策马扬鞭”旅客互动体验活动。活动首次引入AI创作工具,通过氛围营造、特色互动、跨文化交流,邀请中外旅客共庆新春,进一步增强国航服务品牌的国际影响力。
    During the 2026 Spring Festival holiday of the Bingwu Year of the Horse, Air China launched a passenger interactive experience event titled "Phoenix Soars Over China, Galloping Horses Raise Their Whips" across its domestic and international self-operated lounges. For the first time, the event introduced AI-powered creative tools. Through atmosphere creation,特色 interactions, and cross-cultural exchanges, Air China invited both Chinese and international passengers to celebrate the Lunar New Year together, further enhancing the international influence of the Air China service brand.

    The event solicited design proposals extensively from lounge staff across China and overseas, encouraging everyone to incorporate elements such as local cityscapes, cultural tourism features, and culinary traditions, while integrating the Air China brand and service philosophy, and using AI tools to bring their creative ideas to life. From conception to refinement, AI served as an efficient assistant for employees' creative expression, quickly rendering effects in color coordination, element composition, and atmosphere rendering, enabling even non-design professionals to produce high-quality work. During the solicitation period, employees from various locations actively participated, submitting over a hundred main visual and stamp design drafts in a short period of time, creating a vibrant atmosphere of collective creativity and participation.

    This event achieved three major breakthroughs in interactive experiences, service upgrades, and global coordination. It not only brought passengers the fun of collecting original stamp designs and the culinary enjoyment of specialty foods, but also transcended national borders with its festive atmosphere, serving as a cultural bridge connecting China and the rest of the world. Building on the foundation of collective creativity, the event specially featured themed collectible stamps designed by employees themselves. After a process of selection and refinement, the final stamp designs not only closely adhered to the theme of "Phoenix Soars Over China, Galloping Horses Raise Their Whips," but also perfectly integrated the unique characteristics of various cities with Air China elements, offering both aesthetic appeal and commemorative value. Unlike stamps from previous short-term events, these newly launched Spring Festival-themed stamps will serve as long-term service materials, remaining available in self-operated lounges for a full year, extending the festive greetings and interactive experiences beyond the holiday season, becoming a warm touchstone accompanying global passengers in their daily travels.

    To enrich the passenger experience, Air China simultaneously launched a cultural and creative souvenir passport for stamp collecting. Passengers can collect stamps at domestic and international lounges, documenting their travel memories. In 2026, Air China will continue to roll out a series of commemorative stamps timed with the 24 solar terms, traditional festivals, and lounge anniversaries, creating a collectible "Air China Stamp Collection System."

    Domestic and international lounges also deeply integrated local culinary cultures, meticulously developing a variety of Spring Festival-limited dishes. Domestic lounges highlighted regional flavors, while international lounges catered to both Chinese and global palates, allowing passengers to experience the festive spirit and culinary craftsmanship during their journeys. Going forward, this specialty dining service will establish a long-term mechanism, launching seasonal delicacies aligned with the 24 solar terms, deeply integrating traditional food culture with aviation services, and transforming the lounges into important windows for showcasing China's excellent traditional culture.

    In addition, domestic and international self-operated lounges were decorated with a Spring Festival theme, featuring red lanterns, Chinese knots, and themed posters, creating a rich festive atmosphere. International lounges added cross-cultural interactive elements, inviting both Chinese and international passengers to participate in stamp collecting and festive cultural experiences. Through relaxed interactions, the event conveyed the charm of traditional Chinese festivals, allowing overseas passengers to experience the flavor of a Chinese New Year, while also giving departing travelers a sense of home away from home. Using the lounges as a small but meaningful bridge, the event helped build connections for cultural exchange between China and the world.
