Start the mission journey again in the name of "Jiazi"-Air China Tianjin Branch realizes safe flight...

2025年4月10日，随着航班陆续在天津滨海国际机场和北京大兴国际机场降落，国航天津分公司实现安全飞行60周年。从1965年到2025年，国航天津人站好每一班岗，尽到每一份责，校准每一刻航向，启程每一次向往，于无声处坚守，于平凡中奉献，描绘一“甲子”的安全篇章。

On April 10, 2025, as flights successively landed at Tianjin Binhai International Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport, the Tianjin Branch of Air China achieved 60 years of safe flight operations. From 1965 to 2025, the people of Air China Tianjin have diligently fulfilled every duty, taken every responsibility seriously, calibrated every flight heading precisely, and embarked on every journey with dedication. Through silent perseverance and ordinary acts of commitment, they have written a chapter of safety spanning a full sixty-year cycle.

六十载，筑牢忠诚担当、赓续奋斗的基础。1965年春，“津凤”初啼。国航天津分公司的前身——民航北京管理局飞行训练中队正式成立。从筚路蓝缕到蓬勃发展，从栉风沐雨到铸就辉煌，一代又一代的国航天津人怀揣着对蓝天的热爱与执着，凝心聚力，勇毅前行，以精湛的技术、严谨的作风、真情的服务，架起了渤海之滨与五湖四海的空中桥梁。从最初仅仅有33人、3架伊尔-14型螺旋桨飞机，到如今拥有1669名员工、29架波音737系列客机，累计通航20多个国家和地区的150多个机场，累计安全飞行206万小时，分公司始终坚持一个航班一个航班地盯，一个环节一个环节地抓，以“时时放心不下”的责任感，全力确保“两个绝对安全”，守护5000余万名旅客“稳稳的幸福”。

Over the past six decades, the branch has laid a foundation of loyalty, responsibility, and sustained endeavor. In the spring of 1965, the "Tianjin Phoenix" first sang. The predecessor of Air China Tianjin Branch—the Flight Training Squadron of the Civil Aviation Beijing Administration—was officially established. From humble beginnings to vigorous development, and from weathering hardships to achieving brilliance, generations of Air China Tianjin employees, driven by their love and dedication to the blue sky, have united their efforts and forged ahead with courage. With superb skills, rigorous work conduct, and sincere service, they have built an aerial bridge connecting the coast of the Bohai Sea to all corners of the nation and the world. Starting with just 33 people and three Il-14 propeller aircraft, the branch now has 1,669 employees and a fleet of 29 Boeing 737 series aircraft. It has served over 150 airports in more than 20 countries and regions, accumulating 2.06 million hours of safe flight. The branch has consistently monitored every flight and every operational link closely, maintaining a sense of responsibility of "always being preoccupied with safety," striving to ensure "absolute safety in both respects," and safeguarding the "steady happiness" of over 50 million passengers.

六十载，坚守安全第一、精心飞行的初心。从训练中队到成立分公司，从向北京总部输送专业人才，转变为独立承担国内外航班任务，“三坚持四严一保证”的基因，始终植根血脉，分公司坚持严密的安全生产组织、坚持树立严明的纪律、坚持涵养严谨的作风，对安全的责任意识薪火传承、生生不息。

For sixty years, we have adhered to the original intention of putting safety first and flying carefully. From training squadrons to establishing branches, from sending professional talents to Beijing headquarters to independently undertaking domestic and foreign flight tasks, the gene of "three persistences, four strictness and one guarantee" has always been rooted in the blood. The branch adheres to strict safety production organization, insists on establishing strict discipline, adhering to a rigorous style of self-cultivation, and inheriting the sense of responsibility for safety.

六十载，锻造闻令而动、敢打能胜的队伍。60年来，国航天津人始终践行“精忠报国”的载旗精神，不畏艰险，完成重要航班保障、急难险重等任务。唐山大地震中，第一时间向灾区运送急救药品数以吨计，空运出危重伤员1000余人；非典期间，克服困难正常执行航班任务；汶川大地震期间，运送公安特警、消防救援人员、医务人员千人次，运输救灾物资百余吨；新冠疫情期间，广大党团员争先递交请战书，圆满完成援鄂医护人员、医疗物资包机、国际分流航班保障等任务。天津分公司始终积极服务国家重大战略，主动融入京津冀协同发展的国家战略全局，圆满完成大兴基地安全飞行5周年。

Over the past six decades, the branch has forged a team that moves swiftly on orders and dares to fight and win. For 60 years, the people of Air China Tianjin have always embodied the flag-bearing spirit of "serving the motherland with utmost loyalty," fearlessly tackling critical flight support missions and tasks involving emergencies and hardships. During the Tangshan earthquake, they transported tons of emergency medical supplies to the disaster area and airlifted over 1,000 critically injured people out. During the SARS outbreak, they overcame difficulties to operate regular flights. During the Wenchuan earthquake, they transported thousands of公安 special police, fire rescue personnel, and medical staff, as well as over a hundred tons of disaster relief supplies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, numerous Party members and Youth League members voluntarily submitted petitions, successfully completing missions such as charter flights transporting medical teams to and from Hubei, medical supply charters, and international diversion flight support. The Tianjin Branch has consistently actively served major national strategies, proactively integrated itself into the national strategic framework of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and successfully achieved five years of safe flight operations at its Daxing base.

六十载，发挥党建引领、凝心聚力的作用。分公司创新“一四三三”党建工作法，探索和创建“一轴四化六维”党建工作路径，着力加强干部人才队伍建设，开创宣传思想文化工作新局面，弘扬“一个传统、六种精神”，凝聚团结奋进的广泛共识。打造“津廉致远”廉洁文化品牌，开展“一把手”接待日工作，用心用情为职工群众和旅客货主办实事好事，获评“全国文明单位”“全国五一劳动奖章”。

For sixty years, we have given full play to the leading and cohesive role of party building. The branch innovated the "1433" party building work method, explored and created the "one axis, four modernizations and six dimensions" party building work path, focused on strengthening the construction of cadres and talents, created a new situation in propaganda, ideological and cultural work, and carried forward "one tradition, six kinds of spirit", gathering a broad consensus of unity and forge ahead. We created the "Tianjin Lian Zhiyuan" honest cultural brand, carried out the reception day of "top leaders", hosted practical and good things for employees and passengers with heart and soul, and were awarded the "National Civilized Unit" and "National May Day Labor Medal".

Over the past six decades, the branch has moved toward a future of pragmatism, innovation, and vigorous achievement. The branch is empowering new development momentum through digital transformation. It has vigorously promoted the transformation and application of innovative achievements, designing and developing its own "flight training simulator" to improve training efficiency and quality. It has introduced intelligent robot service attendants to provide convenient services for passengers. It has continuously advanced the in-depth application of the global ground flight support platform and completed the establishment of a配套 management system. It is meeting passengers' demand for quality travel through high-quality services. The branch cultivates "manual-based employees" to provide attentive and heartwarming service. It has completed the high-standard renovation of its VIP lounge, improving service details. It has organized onboard and ground-based themed activities, creating service brands such as "first-time flyers," domestic through-flight transfers within the Air China system, and "100% baggage缓冲" on domestic flights, further winning passenger trust and enhancing market competitiveness.
