11月23日,由中国企业改革与发展研究会主办、以“‘十五五’产业链协同创新发展”为主题的2025(第三届)企地合作论坛举办,中航集团5项实践案例荣膺“2025央企产业链创新发展优秀案例”,充分展现了中航集团在推动产业链现代化进程中的创新活力与责任担当。
On November 23, the 2025 (3rd) Enterprise-Local Government Cooperation Forum, hosted by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society and themed "Coordinated Innovation and Development of Industrial Chains in the 15th Five-Year Plan Period", was held. Five practical cases from China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited (CNAH) were reconginzed as "Outstanding Cases of Industrial Chain Innovation and Development by SOEs in 2025", fully highlighting the innovation vitality and responsibility of CNAH in promoting the modernization of the industrial chain.

These excellent cases cover areas such as aircraft maintenance, digital empowerment, and regional coordination. They are not only a vivid illustration of CNAH's efforts to serve national strategies and deepen the coordination of the industrial chain, but also offer replicable and scalable solutions for building a modern industrial system that is safe, resilient, efficient and green during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

Passenger service units (PSU) has been relied on imports for a long time, bringing common challenges such as high procurement cost and lengthy lead times. How could the situation be addressed? Chengdu Falcon Aircraft Engineering Service Co., Ltd. successfully realized the domestic substitution of PSUs with independent innovation as its breakthrough point. This not only effectively helps aviation maintenance and modification, but also injects new momentum into the steady development of the aviation industry chain.
技术创新 打造全链条协作模式
Driving technological innovation to build a full-chain collaboration model
随着全球航空制造业竞争加剧,核心零部件的供应稳定性与成本控制成为行业关键。以空客A320飞机为例,其原厂PSU采购周期通常长达6至8个月,成本居高不下,且受国际贸易与关税波动影响,持续制约着国内航空维修企业的响应速度与市场竞争力。在此背景下,推动PSU国产替代,成为行业亟待突破的课题。成都富凯组建跨专业研发团队,围绕空客A320机型PSU开展专项攻关。团队从客舱系统通信架构入手,突破嵌入式开发、精密模具设计及适航符合性验证等一系列技术难点。通过累计数百小时、覆盖近百项试验的充分验证,确保国产组件在功能、安全与安装兼容性上与原厂件完全一致,实现“原位替换”的无缝衔接。同时,项目组积极联动国内供应商,打通从研发到制造的全链条协作。通过产业链上下游的高效协同,加速产品成熟与迭代。
As competition in the global aviation manufacturing industry intensifies, the supply stability and cost control of core components have become key to the industry. Take the Airbus A320 as an example, its original PSU procurement cycle is usually as long as 6 to 8 months, and the cost remains high. In addition, fluctuations in international trade and tariff further restrict the response speed and market competitiveness of domestic aviation maintenance companies. In this context, promoting the domestic substitution of PSUs has become an urgent challenge for the industry. In response, Chengdu Falcon set up a cross-professional research and development team to carry out a special research on PSUs for the Airbus A320. Starting with the communication structure of the cabin system, the team broke through a series of technical difficulties such as embedded development, precision mold design and airworthiness compliance verification. After hundrends of hours of verification and nearly 100 tests, it is ensured that the function, safety and installation compatibility of domestic developed components are completely consistent with the original parts, enabling seamless "drop-in replacement." At the same time, the team actively cooperated with domestic suppliers to build a full-chain cooperation model from research and development to manufacturing. Through efficient collaboration across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, the team accelerated product maturation and iterative improvement.
多维优化 统一经济、客户与产业效益
Multidimensional optimization to align economic, customer and industrial benefits
国产PSU的成功研发,使采购成本大幅降低,交付周期缩短一半以上。产品在安装兼容性、使用稳定性等方面均获客户认可,一线反馈也表明其有助于提高维护效率。
The successful development of domestic PSU has greatly reduced procurement costs and shortened delivery cycle by more than half. The product has been recognized by customers in terms of installation compatibility and operational stability, while feedback from frontline users also shows that it helps improve maintenance efficiency.
更为重要的是,此举打破了该组件的国际供应垄断,不仅提升了企业自身的供应链韧性,也为航空产业链关键环节的自主可控积累了实践经验,为行业构建安全、可持续的航材供给体系提供了可落地的路径。
More importantly, this broke the international supply monopoly of the component. It not only enhanced the resilience of the enterprise's own supply chain, but also provided practical experience for the independent and controllable over key links in the aviation industry chain. It also provided a practical pathway for the industry to build a safe and sustainable aviation material supply system.
“这是团队协同创新、踏实攻坚的成果,我们也由此更加坚信,在关键航材领域,自主创新之路一定能越走越宽。”项目核心成员表示。后续,成都富凯将继续深化国产PSU的市场应用,并围绕航空产业链上其他“断点”“堵点”难题开展可持续的国产化攻关,携手行业伙伴,共同推动航空维修与制造领域的高质量发展。
"This achievement is the result of collaborative innovation and dedicated efforts by the team. It also strengthens our confidence that the path of independent innovation in key aviation materials will continue to broaden," said the core members of the project. In the future, Chengdu Falcon will continue to deepen the market application of domestic PSU, and focus on other "breakpoints" and "bottlenecks" in the aviation industry chain to carry out sustainable doemstic research. Working together with industry partners, the company aims to jointly promote high-quality development in the field of aviation maintenance and manufacturing.
