从一片叶子到一个产业，中航集团定点帮扶地区广西壮族自治区贺州市昭平县以科技赋能、产业融合、文化赋魂，推动茶产业全链条绿色高质量发展，让“一片叶子”带富一方百姓，全面推进乡村振兴。
China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited(CNAH) has designated to help Zhaoping county in Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region with the support of scientific and technological, industrial integration and traditional cultures, which highly promotes the green and high-quality development in the whole tea industry chain. From just a tea leaf to a tea industry, this can enrich the local people and comprehensively promote the revitalization of the countryside.
一叶茶 为发展植入“科技芯片”

又是一年春茶季，昭平县茶叶生产加工基地里，氤氲着浓郁的茶香。车辆往来繁忙，清晨采摘的新鲜茶青正以最快速度送往生产线。在将军峰集团标准化加工车间内，自动化加工生产线开足了马力，一片片饱含阳光雨露的新春嫩芽，经过摊青、杀青、揉捻等工序，蜕变为远近闻名的昭平绿茶和昭平红茶。中航集团选派至昭平县的优秀交流团干部高兆民指着生产线，一一介绍：“这组机器是摊青用的，因为旺季生产量较大，原有设计不够用了，去年又在上面加建了一层。”

Later, the automatic processing production line has been fully powered in the standardized processing workshop of Jiangjunfeng Tea Company. With the tea processing of withering, fixing and rolling, pieces of fresh tea leafs with sunshine and raindrop have become well-known Zhaoping green tea and Zhaoping black tea. "This group of machines is used for spreading green, we added another layer to it last year because the large production volume in peak season can not be carried out by original design." Gao Zhaomin, an outstanding exchange cadre assigned to Zhaoping County by CNAH, is pointing to the production line and introduced the machines one by one.
今年2月成立的广西首个以茶叶全产业链科研为主题的“广西昭平茶科技小院”中，也是一派忙碌景象。这是中航集团依托科技力量助推昭平产业提质升级的最新成果，以茶叶全产业链科研为主题，以科技创新为先导，重点培育茶树新品种、研究制茶新工艺、开发茶叶新产品、培养产业新人才，为“昭平叶子”植入“科技芯片”。
Guangxi's first "Zhaoping Tea Science and Technology Institute" is busy as usual, which is established in February of this year with the theme of scientific research on the whole tea industry chain. It is the latest achievement of CNAH relying on scientific and technological forces to promote the quality and upgrading of the industry in Zhaoping County. It focuses on cultivating new types of tea trees, researching new tea-making processes, developing new tea products, and cultivating new talents in the industry to develop the industry with the theme of scientific research in the whole tea industry chain and scientific and the guidance of technological innovation.
“科技小院”的背后，是中航集团把乡村振兴的论文写在八桂大地上，坚持“科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力”，沃野逐梦“科技兴农”的故事。高兆民回忆：“2021年起，在咱们帮扶干部的带领下，我和将军峰集团的同仁们就开始了进一步推动昭平茶产业发展的探讨。在这个过程中，‘找方向’成为摆在我们面前最大的难题”，“大家一起查阅大量的文献资料，通过充分调研、分析国内茶叶市场情况，最终确定了在厚植传统茶叶生产加工的基础上，钻研‘茶科技’的发展方向。”2022年11月成功引入北京大学、中国农业大学与昭平县建立产学研合作关系，“科技小院”应运而生。

"With the leadership of our cadres, my colleagues in Jiangjunfeng Tea Company and I have be on the conversation to further promote the development of Zhaoping tea industry since 2021." Gao Zhaomin recalled, "During the period, 'the finding of the correct direction' has become the biggest problem in front of us. Therefore, We consulted a large number of documents together. Against the backdrop of the sufficient investigation and analysis of the domestic tea market, we finally determined the development direction of 'tea technology' on the basis of thick planting traditional tea production and processing." In November 2022, Peking University, China Agricultural University and Zhaoping County were successfully cooperated with Zhaoping County with the relasionship of industry-university-research cooperation. This the also the reason why "Science and Technology Institute" comes into being.
激活一片叶子，培育一个产业，振兴一片乡村。生命健康研究领域的专家，来自北京大学公共卫生学院社会医学与健康教育系的马德福教授对科技赋能昭平茶产业充满了信心：“我们将乘着国家大健康产业发展的东风，帮助昭平县开展茶叶精深加工研究，研发生产一系列的茶饮健康产品，为茶产业提供科技助力。”
Accomplishments of a tea leaf to cultivate an industry and revitalize a village. Professor Ma Defu, an expert specialized in life and health research from the Department of Social Medicine and Health Education, School of Public Health, Peking University, is full of confidence to the empowerment of science and technology in Zhaoping tea industry, "We will take advantage of the development of the national health industry, help Zhaoping County to carry out the research on the intensive processing of tea, and produce a series of health products about tea drinks to provide scientific and technological assistance to the tea industry."

It has cooperated with the lounges of terminal buildings to build special online and offline exhibition areas, relying on the professional advantages of aviation enterprises such as airline network and on-board meals. Some of the Air China flights are selling Zhaoping tea to increase the impression of Zhaoping tea's "golden signboard" to the blue sky.
“这几年，昭平茶坐上了国航的航班，走进了国航的贵宾室，登上了国航的凤凰知音商城，还上了国航的展台，借助国航的影响力，打响了品牌，打开了销路，产品远销海外。”昭平县茶叶办公室副主任邱剑平激动地说：“‘有机茶典范’和‘国航航班机上用茶’已经成为昭平茶最引以为傲的两张名片。”

电商直播也是助力昭平茶走向世界的一种尝试。昭平县直播样板间里，中航集团选派至昭平县的优秀交流青年谢天永正在和大家一起布置桌面和背景、研究打光和使用镜头、撰写运营脚本，他们从零开始，打造了一个标准化直播间。探索直播运营的同时，直播团队还与当地职业教育中心、企业等一同探讨，帮助他们搭建自己的直播框架。谢天永表示：“这个直播间是个样板间，也是个教学间，希望能够通过更多的交流将直播技术输送给更多的青年致富带头人和电商企业，做到真正的‘授人以渔’。”
The E-commerce is also a possible way to expand the impact of Zhaoping tea in the world. Xie Tianyong, an outstanding communication youth assigned to Zhaoping County by CNAH, is setting up the desktop and background, studying lighting and lenses use, and writing operation scripts with everyone In Zhaoping County's live broadcast model room. This standardized live broadcast room was built from the begining. While exploring the live broadcast operation, the live broadcast team also discussed with local vocational education centers and enterprises to help them build their own live broadcast framework. Xie Tianyong said: "this live broadcast room is not only a model room, but also a teaching room. 此外，中航集团还积极利用自有媒体资源和品牌营销经验帮助提升昭平县茶产业的品牌影响力，紧抓进博会、世园会、厦洽会、亚欧博览会等热点契机，搭建帮扶专区，开展主题推广活动。中航集团选派至昭平县宣传部的优秀交流青年陈梦娟介绍：“ 2023年，集团结合广西春茶节系列活动，积极对接主流媒体和网络自媒体，聚焦昭平县茶产业发展，多角度、全方位宣传报道昭平的好山好水好茶，形成全媒体报道合力，为昭平特色茶产业宣传推广添加新动力。”

一叶茶 为群众解锁“幸福密码”

在质量检验室内，技术员黄尘身前摆着专业茶具，从外形、汤色、香气、滋味、叶底等方面检测着成品茶叶的感官品质。今年25岁的黄尘在将军峰集团工作近4年了，从产品包装做起，然后是炒茶，再成为技术员，黄尘在茶厂“三级跳”的过程中，也改变了家庭原本贫困的面貌。她家于2020年摆脱了贫困，也建好了新房，大步走在勤劳致富的道路上。黄尘表示：“目前，厂里有一部分调味茶也是我参与研发的，很有成就感。我想尽最大努力把工作做好，早日成为二级研究员。”
In the quality inspection room, technician Huang Chen placed a professional tea set in front of him to test the sensory quality of the finished tea products in all respects, including appearance, soup color, aroma, taste, and leaves in the bottom. 25-year-old Huang Chen has been working in Jiangjunfeng Tea Company for nearly four years. His career started from product packaging, then fried tea, and finally became a technician. The poverty alleviation of his family has made great progress as well in the process of his three-level upgrading in the tea factory. Her family has got rid of the poverty in 2020 and built a new house during this period, they are trying to become wealthy through diligent works. Huang Chen said, "I currently participated in the research and development of some flavored teas in the factory, which brings a great sense of achievement. I'm trying to do my job well and become a second-level researcher as soon as possible."
“一二三，上线！”直播间里，主播小麦娴熟地介绍着产品。她去年从广州回到家乡昭平，进入将军峰的电商平台工作。“在外打工时，听朋友说家乡经济发展很好，就业岗位很多，我就特别想要回到家乡。很幸运，回来后能找到这么棒的工作。”小麦表示，作为一个主播，能够把家乡的农副产品推广出去，让更多人了解，是一件非常值得骄傲的事儿。
"One, two, three, go online-selling!" In the broadcasting room, the anchor Xiaomai was skillfully introduceing the products. Last year, she returned from Guangzhou to her hometown, Zhaoping, and joined the e-commerce team at Jiangjunfeng. "When I was working outside, I heard from my friends that my hometown's economic development is making good progress with many opportunities of employment, so I really want to return to my hometown. I was lucky to find such a great job when I came back." She said that as a live broadcast anchor, she was very proud of her capability to popularize the agricultural and sideline products of the hometown and let more people know about it.
将军峰的标准化有机茶园里春光正好，采茶工们娴熟地采摘茶叶，他们中的很多人都来自江口村。“在家门口就能干活，不用出远门务工，我们每天都会早早地来茶园，可以多挣点钱。我一天大概能摘20多斤茶叶，一天下来能赚150多元。”采茶让村民们有了稳定的收入。
The spring scenery is just right in the standardized organic tea garden of Jiangjunfeng. Many of tea pickersa from Jiangkou Village are picking tea leaves here. "I can get my job near my hometown instead of going far to work. Everyday we come to the tea garden early to earn more money. Now I can probably pick more than 10 kg tea leaves per day, and earn more than 150 yuan per day." Tea picking gives the villagers a steady income.
“一片叶子富了一方百姓”，春天里的昭平县，更多增收致富的故事正在发生。中航集团在定点帮扶广西昭平县的实践过程中，创新构建“航空+”帮扶路径，有效发挥中央企业在推进巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接战略中的“国家队”和“主力军”作用，聚焦产业振兴，培植龙头企业，拓宽富民之路，帮助更多群众实现增收。
