《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者路泞 通讯员贾鸣 报道:近日,国际航空运输协会(IATA)正式确认,西安咸阳机场公司地勤公司获批加入IATA地面伙伴计划(Ground Handling Partnership,简称GHP),成为中国内地首家加入该计划的机场专业地面代理服务商。这不仅是地勤公司自身发展的跨越,更对中国民航地面服务行业升级、西安国际航空枢纽建设、中国民航与全球标准接轨具有深远意义。

Ltd. of Xi'an Xianyang Airport Company was approved to join the IATA Ground Handling Partnership (GHP), becoming the first professional airport ground agency service provider in mainland China to join the program. This marks not only a milestone in the development of the Ground Service Company itself, but also has far-reaching significance for the upgrading of China's civil aviation ground service industry, the construction of Xi'an international aviation hub, and the alignment of China's civil aviation sector with global standards.

As a global cooperation platform specially built by IATA for ground service providers, GHP serves as a "passport" to the high-end market of international aviation ground services, as well as a core benchmark for standardized and regulated operations in the global ground service sector. Members who join the program can deeply participate in key projects such as the formulation of global ground operation standards, prevention and control of aircraft ground damage and improvement of operational efficiency. They will obtain official IATA membership certification and be listed in the global catalog, while also enjoying exclusive benefits including preferential purchase of AHM/IGOM manuals, IATA training courses and advertising placement. Members can also receive early updates on industry standards, enhancing their discourse power and initiative in the development of global ground services. At present, the global aviation industry is facing the wave of digital and green transformation. The standardization and regulation of ground services has become the key to crack the fragmented operation risk of the industry and reduce the cost of ground damage. Ltd. belongs, has shortened the average waiting time for passengers to arrive at luggage pick-up to 8 minutes by optimizing the system applications and combing the service processes. For a long time, the domestic civil aviation ground service field is mostly dominated by airport affiliated units, and the advantages of professional and independent operation mode have not been fully highlighted. However, the successful breakthrough of the Aviation Ground Handing Service Co.. Ltd. has not only broken this traditional pattern, but also set the industry model of "professional operation and standard guidance", which provides a reference and replicable development path for similar domestic ground handing enterprises. At present, China's civil aviation industry is in the critical stage of "simultaneous improvement in volume and quality".
