近日，山东航空“青未了”空勤制服全面启用，覆盖飞行员、乘务员、安全员岗位。此次换装深度融合中国传统文化、齐鲁地域特色与泰山精神内涵，契合当代民航美学，兼顾实用功能与工艺创新，为空勤团队量身打造兼具专业与美感的职业形象。

Recently, the flight crew uniforms "Qing Wei Liao" have been fully used in Shandong Airlines, covering the positions of pilots, flight attendants and aviation safety officers. The dress up deeply integrates Chinese traditional culture with regional characteristics of Shandong and the spirit of Taishan, which achieved the equilibrium of contemporary civil aviation aesthetics and practical functions with design innovation.It tailors a professional career image for the aircrew with elegance.

新一代飞行员制服立足实用与舒适，全面升级版型、面料与配饰细节，融汇“一览众山小”的泰山气魄与“天圆地方”的传统哲思。在单排扣西装基础上新增了双排扣，采用军装制式与微落肩风衣廓形，呼应泰山巍峨连绵的山势线条，诠释飞行员凌云从容、笃定专业的职业风范。面料选用弹性材质兼具透气性与抗皱性，确保万米高空之上依旧沉稳自如、姿态挺拔。

On the basis of practicality and comfort, The pilot uniforms has been comprehensively upgraded in style, fabric and accessory details, which embody the proudness of "seeing all the mountains by Climbing Mount Tai" and the traditional philosophy of "round sky and square earth". Double-breasted buttons are added to the uniform on the basis of the single-breasted suit, and the military uniform style and slightly dropped shoulder windbreaker silhouette are adopted as well, corresponding the towering and continuous mountain lines of Mount Tai and reflecting the calm and professional demeanor of pilot. The fabric of the uniform is made of elastic material with breathability and wrinkle resistance, ensuring the comfortable posture with elegance above an altitude of 10,000 meters.

空乘制服继今夏裙装发布后，备受期待的裤装系列也正式登场。七分袖连衣裙、外套、衬衫、风衣及大衣同步上线，延续汉服交领右衽的古典制式。外套袖口饰以精致山海纹样，与连衣裙风格相得益彰；风衣与大衣巧妙融合中式交领与西式军装剪裁，勾勒出东方职业女性端庄、率性而不失灵动的多元气质。

Moreover, the summer skirts and following pantsuit series has been released with three-quarter sleeves, coats, shirts, windbreakers and coats, continuing the classical Hanfu style with right-lapped cross collar. The design of men's uniforms is on the basis of women's uniform. The light gray shirts are matched with blue jackets and the chest pockets are decorated with mountain-shaped patterns, which stands for the scenery of Mount Tai and the sea of clouds and correspond to the theme with women's uniform, showing the elegant and calm demeanor of male flight attendants.

新一代空保制服紧密结合“召之即来、来之能战、战之必胜”的队伍特质，兼顾机动性与隐蔽性，适应多种执勤与应急场景。整体延续“青未了”岱青主色调，与客舱环境和谐相融。执勤夹克调整为深蓝色，沿用经典飞行员夹克版型，强化运动功能与实用性。衬衫选用深岱青色，领口下方以撞色拼接取代传统领带，简约利落，契合职业需求。西装采用平驳头两粒扣经典款式，大衣配备可拆卸羽绒内胆，兼备风度与温度，从容应对不同执勤环境。

The new design of aviation security uniforms balance the mobility and invisibility to adapt to various duty and emergency scenarios, which embody the core team ethos of "readiness, capability, and assured success,". The overall design continues the principal color of traditional Chinese deep bluish, ensuring harmony with the cabin environment. The duty jacket in a dark blue shade kept the classic style of bomber jacket, with enhancements for greater freedom of movement and practicality. The shirt is in a dark cyan; below the collar, contrasting color panels replace the traditional tie, offering a sleek, professional look. The suit features a classic two-button, notch-lapel design. The overcoat with a detachable down liner has balanced the demeanour and warmth for diverse operational conditions.

“青未了”的设计切实关注员工职业健康与工作体验。设计过程中广泛吸纳空勤人员建议，历经多轮实测与优化，最终落地成型。发簪、胸牌等配饰均由山航员工共同参与设计，真正体现“从员工中来，到服务中去”的理念。

The design of "Qing Wei Liao" uniforms focused on employees' occupational health and work experience as well. During the design process, the advice of the aircrew were extensively taken, and then finally implemented after multiple rounds of actual testing and optimization. Hairpins, badges and other accessories are all designed by employees of Shandong Airlines, which truly embodies the concept of "The actual solution for employees and services".

女乘务员可自由选择裙装或裤装，全面换穿平底鞋，提供十余种搭配组合，适应不同航线、气候与个人偏好，实现“各美其美”。过膝裙长兼顾优雅与便捷，平底鞋有效缓解高空作业疲劳，大衣均配羽绒内胆，实现温暖与风度并存。

Female flight attendants can freely choose skirts or pantsuit, and the shoes for them has been replaced to flat shoes, which has more than ten kinds of clothes matching adapting to different routes, climates and personal preferences to realize that each of staff has its own beauty. The elegance and convenience over-knee-length skirt has taken into account, and flat shoes can effectively relieve the fatigue of aerial work. Moreover,the coats equipped with down liners achieved the coexistence of warmth and grace.
