东北新建一50亿绿色甲醇项目加速推进

A new 5-billion-yuan green methanol project in Northeast China is being accelerated.

近日，国家氢能综合应用试点公布，东北（含蒙东）—长三角氢能试点城市群获批开展为期四年的试点建设，四平市作为试点城市群重要组成部分，重点承担绿色氨醇规模化供给等关键任务。作为全国首个贯通“绿醇生产—燃料加注—远洋航运”全链条的绿色甲醇示范工程，国家电投集团“氢洲·梨树绿甲醇”项目正抢抓施工黄金期，全面冲刺年内关键节点。

Recently, the National Hydrogen Energy Comprehensive Application Pilot Program was announced, and the Northeast (including eastern Inner Mongolia)-Yangtze River Delta hydrogen energy pilot city cluster was approved to carry out a four-year pilot construction. Siping City, as an important component of the pilot city cluster, is tasked with key responsibilities such as the large-scale supply of green ammonia and methanol. As the first green methanol demonstration project in China that integrates the entire chain of "green alcohol production - fueling - ocean shipping", the State Power Investment Corporation's "Hydrogen Island·Lishu Green Methanol" project is seizing the golden period of construction and making a full sprint to reach key milestones this year.

In the Ecological Chemical Industrial Park of Siping New Industrialization Economic Development Zone, tower cranes stand tall and machinery roars. Stepping into the site of the State Power Investment Corporation's "Hydrogen Island·Lishu Green Methanol" project, machinery and equipment are running at full speed, engineering vehicles are shuttling in an orderly manner, construction workers are keeping a close eye on time nodes and strictly controlling the quality of the project.All processes are efficiently coordinated, and project construction is advancing at an accelerated pace.

目前，项目化工板块厂前区综合办公楼主体结构完工，部分土建设施将在10月份投入使用；现场已引进智慧工地系统，24小时监控施工情况并智能分析识别违章行为，实现对“人、机、料、法、环”的实时可视化管控，努力把项目建设成为安全、优质、高效的绿色能源示范工程。

Currently, the main structure of the comprehensive office building in the front area of the chemical section of the project has been completed, and some civil engineering facilities will be put into use in October; A smart construction site system has been introduced on-site to monitor construction progress 24 hours a day and intelligently analyze and identify violations, achieving real-time visual control over "personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment," and striving to build the project into a safe, high-quality, and efficient green energy demonstration project.

该项目是国家电投集团首个绿色甲醇示范项目，为绿色燃料产业发展奠定了坚实的基础。项目依托梨树县丰富的风电资源与玉米秸秆资源优势，破解秸秆资源化利用率低、航运脱碳燃料供给不足两大痛点，为绿色航运提供可复制解决方案，是吉林省培育新质生产力、建设国家绿色能源产业高地的重要支撑。

This project is SPIC's first green methanol demonstration project, laying a solid foundation for the development of the green fuel industry. Leveraging Lishu County's abundant wind power resources and corn stover advantages, the project addresses two major pain points: the low utilization rate of stover resource recovery and the insufficient supply of decarbonized shipping fuels, providing a replicable solution for green shipping. It is a key pillar for Jilin Province in cultivating new quality productive forces and building a national green energy industry highland.

项目总投资49.2亿元，涵盖风力发电、电解水制氢、生物质气化、脱硫脱碳、甲醇合成五大工艺板块，配套风电装机40万千瓦，电解水制氢总规模3.2万标方每小时，年消纳玉米秸秆等生物质原料70万吨，可年产绿色甲醇19.72万吨。

With a total investment of 4.92 billion yuan, the project encompasses five major process sectors: wind power generation, water electrolysis for hydrogen production, biomass gasification, desulfurization and decarbonization, and methanol synthesis. It is supported by 400 MW of wind power capacity, a total water electrolysis hydrogen production scale of 32,000 standard cubic meters per hour, an annual consumption of 700,000 tons of corn stover and other biomass feedstocks, and an annual production capacity of 197,200 tons of green methanol.

项目于2025年10月正式启动，锚定创建集团级示范智慧工地、争创国家级优质工程目标，目前正全力推进化工、新能源两大板块。项目建成后，“氢洲·绿甲醇”产品将稳定供应远洋航运，为吉林建设国家绿色能源产业高地、服务国家“双碳”战略注入绿色动能。

The project was officially launched in October 2025, targeting the creation of a group-level demonstration smart construction site and striving for a national-level quality engineering award. It is currently advancing both the chemical and new energy sectors at full speed. Upon completion, the "Hyglobal·Green Methanol" product will be supplied steadily for ocean shipping, injecting green momentum into Jilin's development of a national green energy industry highland and serving the national "Dual Carbon" strategy.
