《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者路泞 报道：5月18日，一场别开生面的飞行在西宁海湖广场拉开帷幕。由青海省西宁市城西区人民政府主办，青海嘉乐航空有限责任公司、浦发银行西宁分行、青海产品品牌运营管理有限公司联合承办的低空经济直升飞机体验活动启动，为市民解锁俯瞰城市的全新视角，为西宁市的低空经济发展注入强劲动力。

Hosted by the People’s Government of Chengxi District, Xining, Qinghai, and jointly organized by Qinghai Jiale Aviation Co., Ltd., the Xining Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and Qinghai Product Brand Operation Management Co., Ltd., the low-altitude economy helicopter experience activity was launched, offering citizens a brand-new perspective for viewing the city from above and injecting strong momentum into the development of Xining’s low-altitude economy.

此次以“低空新视野 翼起向未来”为主题的活动，精心打造直升机静态展示、机型功能讲解、短途飞行体验三大特色板块。专业团队化身“飞行导师”，通过生动形象的讲解，将直升机的性能参数、应用场景及安全知识深入浅出的介绍，让原本高不可攀的低空经济触手可及。活动更彰显人文关怀，特别邀请劳动模范、环卫工人、医务工作者等基层代表率先体验直升机短途飞行。

The event, themed “New Low-Altitude Perspectives, Wings Toward the Future,” was carefully designed around three main features: a static helicopter display, demonstrations of aircraft functions, and short flight experiences. Professional teams acted as “flight instructors,” providing vivid and accessible explanations of helicopter performance parameters, application scenarios, and safety knowledge, making the previously out-of-reach low-altitude economy accessible to all. Highlighting its human-centered approach, the event specially invited frontline representatives—including model workers, sanitation staff, and medical personnel—to be among the first to experience short helicopter flights.

随着螺旋桨的轰鸣声响起，人们从高空俯瞰西宁，城市的繁华街景、秀美风光尽收眼底，以独特视角领略夏都魅力。

As the roar of the rotors filled the air, passengers gazed down upon Xining from above, taking in the city’s bustling streets and scenic beauty at a glance, and experiencing the unique charm of this “Summer Capital” from a whole new perspective.

“低空经济就像产业发展的轻骑兵，凭借小而美、新而活的特质，能深度赋能文化旅游、应急救援、物流运输等多个领域，激活全产业链协同发展的新动能。”活动承办方负责人分享道。企业将紧跟政策导向，持续加大在低空经济领域的创新投入，为城西区低空经济产业发展注入更多活力。此次活动不仅是一场精彩的飞行体验，更是城西区布局低空经济的重要一步，并将以此为契机，全方位加码对低空经济的支持。通过优化营商环境、加大人才引进与培养力度等举措，为低空经济发展搭建优质平台，因地制宜培育新质生产力。（编辑：王亚玲 校对：金杰妮 审核：韩磊）
