韩正表示，中文友谊根植于跨越千年的友好交往，是国家间平等相待、互利共赢的典范。去年习近平主席同哈桑纳尔苏丹就构建中文命运共同体达成重要共识，为中文关系发展擘画了新蓝图。习近平主席刚刚同你会见，就中文关系发展提出了重要意见。今年是中文建交35周年，中方愿同文方共同落实好两国元首重要共识，传承传统友谊，增进战略合作，推动中文命运共同体建设迈上新台阶。

Han Zheng stated that China-Brunei friendship is rooted in thousands of years of friendly exchanges and serves as a model for equality and mutual benefit among nations. Last year, President Xi Jinping and Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah reached important consensus on building a China-Brunei community with a shared future, drawing a new blueprint for the development of bilateral relations. President Xi Jinping just met with you and put forward important views on China-Brunei relations. This year marks the 35th anniversary of China-Brunei diplomatic ties. China stands ready to work with Brunei to earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, inherit traditional friendship, enhance strategic cooperation, and elevate the building of a China-Brunei community with a shared future to a new height.

韩正表示，两国要在涉及彼此核心利益问题上相互支持，发挥好中文政府间联合指导委员会机制作用，深入推动共建“一带一路”旗舰项目，拓展人工智能、数字经济、绿色经济、能源、农业等领域合作。办好建交35周年系列庆祝活动，加强旅游、教育、地方、体育等交流合作，进一步便利人员往来。双方要密切多边协作，携手应对全球和地区性挑战，加快构建更为紧密的中国－东盟命运共同体，促进地区稳定与繁荣。

Han Zheng stated that the two countries should support each other on issues concerning each other’s core interests, leverage the role of the China-Brunei Intergovernmental Joint Steering Committee, further advance flagship projects under the Belt and Road Initiative, and expand cooperation in artificial intelligence, digital economy, green economy, energy, agriculture and other fields. We will successfully host a series of celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations, strengthen exchanges and cooperation in tourism, education, local governance, sports and other areas, and further facilitate people-to-people exchanges. The two sides need to enhance multilateral coordination, jointly respond to global and regional challenges, accelerate the building of an even closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future, and promote regional stability and prosperity
