2015年5月，李尚基技能大师工作室挂牌成立，成为玉门油田技术创新、人才孵育的重要平台。工作室围绕新能源项目运维、数智油田建设、电气化改造等生产经营过程中的重点、难点问题，积极开展创新实践，近3年获得科技进步成果、优秀创新成果、创新成果推广21项，获得实用新型专利3项、发明专利3项，参与并解决集团公司级生产难题8项，开发电气作业、设施设备、工用具使用、QHSE等方面的培训课件60余套。工作室已成为玉门油田解决电气技术难题的攻关站、推动技术创新的孵化器和培养高技能人才的练兵场。

Obtained 3 utility model patents and 3 invention patents, participated in and solved 8 group company-level production problems, and developed more than 60 sets of training courseware in electrical operations, facilities and equipment, tool use, QHSE, etc. The studio has become a research station for Yumen Oilfield to solve electrical technical problems, an incubator for promoting technological innovation, and a training ground for cultivating high-skilled talents.

在充满工业气息的厂房内，发电机的嗡嗡声演奏着春季生产的繁忙交响曲。两鬓已染风霜，一双布满老茧的手紧握万用表，眼神坚毅如炬——这是47岁的工作室领衔人李尚基给人的第一印象。
In the industrial factory building, the buzz of generators plays a busy symphony of spring production. The temples are dyed with wind and frost, a pair of callused hands hold the multimeter tightly, and their eyes are as firm as torches-this is the first impression given by Li Shangji, the 47-year-old studio leader.
“守护电网安全，就是守护油田命脉。”1999年，秉承着这样的职业信念，李尚基从玉门油田技工学校毕业后加入了玉门油田水电厂电气车间。从一名电气值班员到一名技术过硬的维修电工，他用了6年时间。
"Protecting the security of the power grid means protecting the lifeblood of the oil field." In 1999, adhering to this professional belief, Li Shangji joined the electrical workshop of Yumen Oilfield Hydropower Plant after graduating from Yumen Oilfield Technical School. It took him six years to go from an electrical attendant to a skilled maintenance electrician.
2002年夏天，当水电厂第一次将变频调压技术应用到给粉系统，勤奋好学的李尚基被调入了安装调试小组。陌生的设备、复杂的工艺流程、艰深的专业图纸，是一座又一座需要翻越的高峰。
In the summer of 2002, when the hydropower plant applied frequency conversion voltage regulation technology to the powder feeding system for the first time, Li Shangji, who was diligent and studious, was transferred to the installation and commissioning team. Unfamiliar equipment, complicated technological processes, and difficult professional drawings are one peak after another that needs to be climbed.
“站在旁边看别人干的滋味真不好受，听不懂他们讨论的内容，只能傻傻地站着。”李尚基回忆道。看到自己和同事的差距，他心里非常着急，却也深知学习技术需要坐得住冷板凳。
"It was really uncomfortable to stand by and watch others do it. I couldn't understand what they were discussing, so I had to stand foolishly," Lee Sang-ki recalled. Seeing the gap between himself and his colleagues, he was very anxious, but he also knew that learning technology required sitting on the bench.
白天，他虚心跟随师傅，从搬工具、观摩学习、拧螺丝做起;夜晚，他从说明书和图纸中汲取理论知识。凭着一股钻劲，他的业务能力快速提升，短短3年成为了玉门油田首屈一指的变频专家。
During the day, he humbly followed his master, starting from moving tools, observing and studying, and screwing; At night, he draws theoretical knowledge from instructions and drawings. With his drilling strength, his business ability improved rapidly, and he became the leading frequency conversion expert in Yumen Oilfield in just three years.
凭借这手绝活，他又踏入了高压检修、保护试验和新能源发电技术的广阔天地，一步步蜕变为电气检修领域的全能型专家。在厂里面，他被称为妙手回春的设备医生。“有问题，找尚基”，成了难题现场大家常说的顺口溜。

工作室的荣誉墙上，“光明所至、使命必达”8个大字熠熠生辉。这支由26名核心成员组成的铁军，承担着玉门油田油气生产、炼化平稳和新能源业务运维的重任，近年来累计消除重大隐患122起、创新工法5项、取得创新成果21项，有效解决了集团和公司级生产难题30余项，确保了生产整体平稳。
On the honor wall of the studio, the eight characters "Where the light comes, the mission must be achieved" shine brightly. This iron army, composed of 26 core members, is responsible for the important tasks of oil and gas production, refining and chemical stability, and new energy business operation and maintenance in Yumen Oilfield. In recent years, it has eliminated 122 major hidden dangers, innovated 5 construction methods, and achieved 21 innovative results. It has effectively solved more than 30 group and company-level production problems and ensured overall stable production.
2021年，工作室技能专家华玉林发现，玉门油田炼油总厂东区水装置有9台6千伏高压电动机在无压无流的情况下，低电压保护装置不动作，存在安全隐患。华玉林迅速开展技术攻关，用2个小时提出了解决方案，彻底消除了隐患，节省了设备投资成本240余万元。
In 2021, Hua Yulin, a studio technical expert, discovered that there were nine 6 kV high-voltage motors in the water unit in the eastern area of the Yumen Oilfield Refinery Plant. When there was no pressure or flow, the low-voltage protection device did not operate, posing potential safety hazards. Hua Yulin quickly carried out technical research and put forward a solution in 2 hours, completely eliminating hidden dangers and saving more than 2.4 million yuan in equipment investment costs.

光伏运维技术，对玉门油田来说是一片未被开垦的新天地，充满未知与挑战。在光伏项目开工建设时，“集团公司都没有先例，我们能不能搞好，能不能盈利”，成了大家心理上的拦路虎。工作室毅然承担起了这一重任，投入到项目建设和并网调试中。
Photovoltaic operation and maintenance technology is an unexplored new world for Yumen Oilfield, full of unknowns and challenges. When the construction of photovoltaic projects started, "there is no precedent for group companies. Whether we can do a good job and make a profit" became a psychological obstacle for everyone. The studio resolutely assumed this important task and devoted itself to project construction and grid-connected commissioning.
在玉门油田200兆瓦集中式光伏电站并网之初，工作室成员张军和同事驱车到周边同行那里求教。他们既请进来又走出去，形成了一套独具玉门油田特色的操作方法。这种方法被广泛应用于玉门油田承建的中国石油第一座储能电站、甘肃省第一座可再生能源制氢装置和玉门油田第一座330千伏升压站的管理过程中。通过总结经验，工作室共编写并发布了17项与新能源业务相关的企业标准，并成功牵头申报团体标准《集中式并网光伏电站生产运维规范》。
At the beginning of the grid connection of the 200 MW centralized photovoltaic power station in Yumen Oilfield, studio member Zhang Jun and his colleagues drove to their surrounding colleagues for advice. They both invited in and out, forming a set of operating methods unique to Yumen Oilfield. This method is widely used in the management process of PetroChina's first energy storage power station, Gansu Province's first renewable energy hydrogen production unit and Yumen Oilfield's first 330 kV booster station built by Yumen Oilfield. By summarizing experience, the studio compiled and released a total of 17 corporate standards related to new energy business, and successfully took the lead in applying for the group standard "Production, Operation and Maintenance Specifications for Centralized Grid-connected Photovoltaic Power Stations".

在光伏运维过程中，工作室发现传统的人工巡检方式效率低、劳动强度大且存在安全隐患。工作室深入研究，成功将无人机与AI技术融合应用于光伏巡检作业，作业效率提升至90%以上，人工巡检频次降低了60%。无人机应用一年来，已累计安全飞行370小时，精准定位热斑效应、隐裂等隐患点共计736处，消缺响应时间缩短至2小时以内。
During the photovoltaic operation and maintenance process, the studio found that the traditional manual inspection method is inefficient, labor-intensive and has potential safety hazards. The studio conducted in-depth research and successfully applied the integration of drones and AI technology to photovoltaic inspection operations, increasing the operation efficiency to more than 90% and reducing the frequency of manual inspections by 60%. In the past year, drones have accumulated 370 hours of safe flight, accurately located 736 hidden danger points such as hot spot effects and cracks, and shortened the response time to eliminate defects to less than 2 hours.
此外，通过技术创新和管理创新的深度融合，工作室确立了远程集控、分级诊断、片区维护、专业检修的光伏运维工法和低充高放、量价齐升、价格优先、灵活应用的储能运维工法，完成了分布式光伏融入油田电网的调峰策略研究及应用，年累计可融入新能源发电量1650万千瓦时，节约燃煤1050吨。
In addition, through the deep integration of technological innovation and management innovation, the studio has established a photovoltaic operation and maintenance method of remote centralized control, hierarchical diagnosis, area maintenance, and professional maintenance, as well as a photovoltaic operation and maintenance method with low charging and high discharge, volume and price increase, price priority, and flexible application. The energy storage operation and maintenance method has completed the research and application of peak shaving strategies for integrating distributed photovoltaics into the oilfield power grid. It can integrate 16.5 million kilowatt-hours of new energy power generation annually and save 1,050 tons of coal.
