“骑手上大学？是真的！”外卖骑手范铁明说。
"Riders go to college? It's true!" Said Fan Tieming, a takeaway rider.
自2021年起，美团与国家开放大学合作开展“骑手上大学”项目，为有学历提升需求的骑手提供免费的求学渠道。2023年，当了6年多外卖骑手、累计跑了7.8万多单的范铁明成为被“保送”上大学的骑手之一，在国家开放大学本科物流管理专业学习。
Since 2021, Meituan has cooperated with the Open University of China to carry out the "Riders Going to College" project, providing free learning channels for riders who need to improve their academic qualifications. In 2023, Fan Tieming, who has been a food delivery rider for more than 6 years and has run more than 78,000 orders in total, became one of the riders who were "recommended" to go to college, studying logistics management at the Open University of China.
“每天花一到两个小时在线上就可以完成学习。上课时间也比较灵活，如果看不了直播课，还可以看录播课。”范铁明对课程很满意，他已完成了物流学概论、物流管理基础、仓储与配送管理、物流信息技术等课程的学习，并将所学应用到了日常工作中。“社会上像我这样的人还有很多，希望可以通过终身学习，让更多人实现梦想。”范铁明说。

Fan Tieming is very satisfied with the course. He has completed the course of introduction to logistics, basic logistics management, warehousing and distribution management, logistics information technology and other courses, and applied what he has learned to his daily work. 目前，累计已有320名骑手通过该项目进行学历提升，其中有12名骑手因工作突出、学业有成提前获得晋升，还有不少骑手获得了“优秀学员”奖学金。

放眼全国，近年来，类似的故事屡见不鲜：南京大学面向社会公众推出大型直播讲座品牌“诚计划”，顶尖学者以每周一期的频次举办高品质学术讲座，截至目前参与学习人次超60万；长沙民政职业技术学院6年来累计招收1014名农民工、城市下岗失业人员、退役军人、新型职业农民等四类人员，用数字化优势赋能创新改善教学方式，帮助422名四类人员完成学历提升……

不难发现，教育数字化已成为推进学习型社会建设的“倍增器”：聚焦重点群体，打通家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育各环节，汇聚各种教育类型、资源、要素，真正实现人人都享有接受优质教育的公平机会。

“平台上的课程真多，我感兴趣的课程也很多，我都想学习。”对今年58岁的唐文杰来说，每天下午是她的“上学”时间：登录国家老年大学平台，进入自己喜欢的课程跟着学。
"There are so many courses on the platform, and there are many courses that I am interested in, and I want to learn them all." For Tang Wenjie, 58, every afternoon is her "school" time: log in to the platform of the National University for the Senior and enter her favorite courses to follow.
2023年3月，唐文杰得知国家老年大学可以注册学习了，退休的她来了精神，马上在网上搜索“国家老年大学”。“一下就注册成功了，还发给我一张电子入学通知书，然后我就在平台上摸索着找课程学习了。”她回忆道。
