截至1月19日，全社会跨区域流动轻松突破10亿人次，人们怀揣着对团圆的渴望踏上归乡之路，然而部分第三方平台推出的“抢票神器”，却悄然给这场迁徙带来了不和谐的音符。

However, the "magic weapon for ticket snatching" launched by some third-party platforms quietly brought discordant notes to the migration.
这些所谓的“抢票神器”，以售卖“抢票加速卡”为噱头，声称能大幅提升抢票成功率，为旅客营造出一种花钱即可轻松购票的假象。但实际上，这不过是精心编织的骗局。从风险层面深入剖析，问题可谓层出不穷。第三方平台普遍存在消费陷阱，它们常将保险或增值服务与抢票服务强行捆绑销售，公然践踏市场公平自愿的原则，对市场经济秩序造成严重破坏。不仅如此，还巧立名目收取“手续费”“加速费”等，让旅客的经济负担雪上加霜。长此以往，这种行为对社会诚信体系的侵蚀将难以估量。
These so-called "ticket-snatching artifacts" use the sale of "ticket-snatching acceleration cards" as a gimmick, claiming to greatly increase the success rate of ticket-grabbing and create an illusion for passengers that they can easily purchase tickets by spending money. But in fact, it was nothing more than an elaborate hoax. In-depth analysis from the risk level, problems will appear endlessly. Third-party platforms generally have consumption traps. They often forcibly bundle insurance or value-added services with ticket-grabbing services, openly trample on the principle of fair and voluntary market, and cause serious damage to the market economic order. In essence, this kind of "ticket-snatching artifact" is a commercial misleading behavior that takes advantage of the passengers ' psychology of eager to return home. Many passengers buy "acceleration packages" with the expectation of successful ticket purchase, but they often end up empty-handed. The survey data showed that about 70% of passengers who used the ticket-snatching acceleration service did not have a statistically significant increase in the proportion of successful ticket purchases compared with those who did not use it. 笔者认为，面对第三方平台的营销炒作，监管部门应借助大数据监测等技术手段，如同敏锐的猎手精准识别违规行为，让虚假宣传无处遁形。针对不当牟利行为，监管部门需依据相关法律法规，像锋利的宝剑果断出击，严惩不贷，让违规者付出沉重代价。
