田埂连云端 五色育新人 ——数智赋能高职劳动教育网络育人新范式

Field ridges connect the clouds, cultivating new talents in five colors—a new paradigm of online education in higher vocational labor education empowered by digital intelligence.

劳动教育是贯通五育的关键枢纽，也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体。2019年学校将劳动实践课纳入人才培养方案，实施两年后，2021年度专项调研显示，仅56％的学生认为劳动课“有实际收获”。传统劳动教育面临三重困境：一是主体协同松散，政校企社尚未形成制度化协同机制；二是五育功能割裂，劳动偏重技能操练，价值塑造、知识传授、体魄锤炼、审美提升有待同步嵌入；三是过程评价缺位，以期末总结性考核为主，缺乏过程性数据采集与动态反馈。更为关键的是，劳动教育的“网络育人”功能尚未充分激活，实践多停留在“线下活动”层面，缺乏数字化平台支撑与网络化传播矩阵。

Labor education serves as a key hub integrating the five educations, and an important carrier for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. In 2019, the university incorporated labor practice courses into its talent training program. Two years after implementation, a special survey in 2021 showed that merely 56% of students believed they had gained practical benefits from labor courses. Traditional labor education is confronted with three dilemmas. First, coordination among stakeholders is loose, as institutionalized collaborative mechanisms have not yet been established among governments, schools, enterprises and communities. Second, the functions of the five educations are fragmented: labor teaching focuses excessively on skill training, while value shaping, knowledge imparting, physical tempering and aesthetic improvement await synchronous integration. Third, there is a lack of process evaluation. Assessment mainly relies on final summative examinations, without procedural data collection and dynamic feedback. More importantly, the online education function of labor education has not been fully activated. Practices are mostly confined to offline activities, without the support of digital platforms and online communication matrix.

学校作为广东省第四批易班共建高校，以习近平总书记“系统观念是具有基础性的思想和工作方法”重要论述为指导，借鉴贝塔朗菲一般系统论与哈肯协同学原理，确立“田埂连云端”核心思路：以“田间”为实践场域，扎根乡村基层和生产一线开展真实劳动；以“云端”为数智引擎，依托易班优课平台搭建智慧劳动教育体系、构建网络传播矩阵、实现AI精准评价；通过“田间”与“云端”双向贯通，构建“五色贯通”（红铸魂、蓝赋能、金强基、绿践行、青润心）·三维赋能·五育共生劳动教育网络育人新范式。学校历经顶层设计（2022年）、制度落地（2023年）、深化迭代（2024—2025年）三个阶段，2025年5月校级“茧光职行”工作室立项并获评全国易班优课教师工作室，主持人加入第四批广东省“以劳润心”名辅导员工作室，改革进入体系化升级阶段。

As one of Guangdong’s fourth-batch co-construction universities under the Yiban Project, guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement that “system thinking is a fundamental ideology and working method”, the university draws on Bertalanffy’s General System Theory and Haken’s Synergetics, and establishes the core thinking of “integrating farmland with the cloud”. Taking “farmland” as the practice site, it carries out authentic labor at the grassroots level of rural areas and frontline production. Taking “the cloud” as the digital and intelligent engine, it builds a smart labor education system and an online communication matrix based on the Yiban Excellent Course Platform to realize precise AI evaluation. Through the two-way integration of “farmland” and “the cloud”, the university creates a new online education paradigm for labor education featuring “integration of five colors (red for soul forging, blue for capacity empowerment, gold for foundation consolidation, green for practice, cyan for spiritual nourishment), three-dimensional empowerment and coordinated development of the five educations”. The reform has gone through three phases: top-level design (2022), institutional implementation (2023), and in-depth iteration (2024–2025). In May 2025, the university-level “Blue Light for Practice” Studio was approved and honored as a National Excellent Yiban Teacher Studio. Its principal joined the fourth batch of Guangdong Provincial “Nurturing Hearts through Labor” Counselor Studio, marking the entry of the reform into the systematic upgrading stage.

二、实施方法和过程

II. Implementation Methods and

（一）云端筑基：依托易班平台，激活网络育人生态

(I) Cloud-based foundation building: Relying on the Yiban platform to activate the online education ecosystem

学校将劳动教育全流程搬上“云端”，以易班优课为核心载体，构建“平台＋矩阵＋评价”三位一体网络育人生态。

The school has moved the entire process of labor education to the "cloud," using Yiban Youke as the core carrier to build a three-in-one online education ecosystem of "platform + matrix + evaluation."

一是建强易班劳动教育优课平台。学校易班发展中心认证学生超5万人、实现全覆盖，累计创建轻应用快搭上百个，获全国、全省易班头条近百条。依托这一基础，“茧光职行”工作室在易班优课搭建劳动教育专题课群，整合微党课、劳动技能微课、非遗传承视频等资源，学生一键报名、系统自动匹配劳动清单与导师，实现劳动参与网络化、全过程线上留痕。2025年工作室获评易班优课教师工作室，成为全省劳动教育网络育人标志性平台。

First, build and improve the Yiban high-quality course platform for labor education. The Yiban Development Center of the university has certified more than 50,000 students, achieving full coverage. It has developed hundreds of light application mini-programs and gained nearly 100 national and provincial Yiban headline articles. Based on this foundation, the "Blue Light for Practice" Studio has built a special curriculum group for labor education on the Yiban high-quality course platform, integrating micro-lessons, labor skill tutorials, intangible cultural heritage inheritance videos and other resources. Students can sign up with one click, and the system will automatically match labor task lists and mentors, realizing online participation in labor and whole-process online records. In 2025, the studio was recognized as a Yiban Excellent Course Teacher Studio, becoming a landmark provincial platform for online labor education.

二是研发AI五维能力画像。设定5个维度28个观测指标，通过AI算法生成五维能力雷达图，引入企业导师、社区负责人、驻村干部评价端口，过程性数据占学期总成绩60％。AI画像不仅用于评价，更反向推送差异化劳动任务，实现“以评促学、以数育人”，推动思政从“大水漫灌”走向“精准滴灌”。

Second, develop an AI five-dimensional competency profile. Five dimensions and 28 observation indicators are set. AI algorithms generate five-dimensional competency radar charts, with evaluation portals available for enterprise mentors, community leaders and village resident cadres. Process data accounts for 60% of the semester’s overall grade. The AI profile is not only used for assessment, but also pushes differentiated labor tasks in reverse, achieving "promoting learning through assessment and nurturing people with data", and shifting ideological and political education from extensive indoctrination to precise targeted cultivation.

三是升级易班劳动感恩积分轻应用。日常生活劳动1分／小时、校园公益劳动1.5分／小时、专业志愿服务与乡村振兴实践2分／小时，积分与微证书认定、评优评先、推优入党、就业推荐联动挂钩。积分系统嵌入易班轻应用，学生实时查询进度、兑换微证书，形成“劳动—积分—成长”数字化激励闭环。

Third, upgrade the Yiban labor gratitude point light application. Daily life labor earns 1 point per hour, campus public welfare labor 1.5 points per hour, and professional volunteer services and rural revitalization practice 2 points per hour. Points are linked to micro-certificate accreditation, merit evaluation, Party membership recommendation and employment referral. Embedded in the Yiban light application, the point system allows students to check progress and redeem micro-certificates in real time, forming a digital incentive closed loop of "labor — points — growth".

四是构建“易班＋公众号＋视频号”传播矩阵。打造“茧光职行”网络育人品牌，累计推出劳动故事推文、实践纪实短视频、田埂微党课等网络文化产品，单篇最高阅读量过万，项目获79家次国家级、省级媒体专题报道，形成“线下实践—线上传播—价值引领”闭环。学校易班发展中心获评全国“优秀易班工作站”“全国四星级工作站”“十佳易班发展中心”，易班优课活跃度位居全国第五。

Fourth, construct a communication matrix integrating "Yiban + official WeChat account + video account". The online education brand "Blue Light for Practice" has been created, with a series of online cultural products including labor story articles, practice documentary short videos and field micro-lessons. A single article has reached over 10,000 views. The project has received special coverage from national and provincial media for 79 times, forming a closed loop of "offline practice — online communication — value guidance". The university’s Yiban Development Center has been awarded national honors including "Excellent Yiban Workstation", "National Four-star Workstation" and "Top Ten Yiban Development Center", and its Yiban excellent courses rank fifth nationwide in activity level.

（二）田间践行：五色贯通项目设计，实现五育同步浸润

学校以劳育为核心枢纽，构建“五色贯通”内容体系，每个颜色按“品牌名称—核心做法—标志性成果”统一设计，并将实践成果同步转化为易班网络传播内容，实现“田间有实践、云端有故事”。

With labor education as its core hub, the school has built a "five-color integrated" content system. Each color is uniformly designed according to "brand name - core practices - landmark achievements", and the practical results are simultaneously transformed into online dissemination content of Yiban, realizing "practice in the field and stories in the cloud".

红色铸魂贯通德育，打造“田埂思政课”“扣扣子”铸匠魂品牌，在田间地头、企业车间开设“流动微党课”，建立党员劳动责任区；智能工程学院依托“智学笃信”党建品牌，将“智信小故事”课前5分钟微思政融入劳动教育，立项建设4门省级课程思政示范课程。微党课全程录制上线易班优课，让一堂田埂党课惠及全体在校生。

The "Red Soul Building" initiative integrates moral education, creating the "Field Ridge Ideological and Political Education" and "Button Building" brands to build the soul of craftsmen, opening "mobile micro-Party classes" in fields and enterprise workshops, and establishing labor responsibility zones for Party members; The School of Intelligent Engineering, relying on the "Intelligent Learning and Resolute Belief" Party building brand, has integrated the "Intelligent Belief Short Stories" 5-minute pre-class micro-ideological and political education into labor education and has established a project to build four provincial-level demonstration courses for ideological and political education. The entire micro-Party lesson was recorded and launched online by Yiban Youke, allowing a Party lesson in Tiangeng to benefit all students.

蓝色赋能贯通智育，“AI豆智先锋队”与从化华豆种业共建基地（鳌头镇万亩良田为全国唯一县域全域土地综合整治和广州市唯一国家级镇域“双试点”项目），运用植保无人机实现大豆数字化管护，运用AR互动、3D展示活化地方农业与文化资源，摸索“一核三链”科技文旅模式，项目获评广东省“研习南粤”优秀实践案例。团队将实践过程制成系列短视频在视频号播出，用青年语态讲好科技助农故事。

Blue empowerment connects intellectual education. The "AI Soybean Intelligence Pioneer Team" and Conghua Huadau Seed Industry jointly built a base (Aotou Town's 10,000 mu of fertile land is the only county-level comprehensive land consolidation project in China and the only national-level town-level "dual pilot" project in Guangzhou). They use plant protection drones to achieve digital management and maintenance of soybeans, use AR interaction and 3D displays to revitalize local agricultural and cultural resources, and explore the "one core and three chains" science and technology cultural tourism model. The project was rated as an excellent practical case of "Studying Southern Guangdong" in Guangdong Province. The team compiled the practical process into a series of short videos that were broadcast on the video account, telling the story of technology helping farmers in a youthful tone.

金色强基深化劳动素养，2021年起定点帮扶饶平县饶洋镇，累计培训茶农200余人次，参与蓝屋村墙绘创作，协助组建饶平县首个畲族文艺团“盘瓠之光”，与当地职校共建6个专业群实践基地，2026年2月获潮州市委、市政府感谢信肯定。

Golden Foundation deepens labor literacy. Since 2021, it has provided targeted assistance to Raoyang Town in Raoping County, training more than 200 tea farmers, participating in the creation of murals in Lanwu Village, assisting in the establishment of Raoping County's first She ethnic literature and art troupe "Panhu Light", and jointly building 6 professional group practice bases with local vocational schools. In February 2026, it received a letter of appreciation from the Chaozhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.

绿色践行贯通体育，联合清远新星村构筑“宣传巡防、应急处置、生态修复”三位一体森林防火防线，组织农田劳作、生态保护等生产劳动，结合军训与体育课程实现劳体双向赋能。

Green practices integrate sports, and in conjunction with Xinxing Village in Qingyuan, we have built a three-in-one forest fire prevention line of "publicity and patrol, emergency response, and ecological restoration". We organize production labor such as farmland labor and ecological protection, and combine military training with sports courses to achieve two-way empowerment of labor and sports.

青色润心贯通美育，在畲族村开设美育课堂，开展非遗手作、文创设计等美育劳动，联合广州市传承优秀文化促进会开展24场美育志愿服务，“凤凰之翼”突击队深入8个乡村开展艺术乡建，统筹推进乡村推普、青少年普法、支教助学等公益劳动，培育形成梯队化志愿服务矩阵。

The "Green Colors Nourish the Heart" initiative integrates aesthetic education, opening aesthetic education classes in She ethnic villages, carrying out aesthetic education activities such as intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and cultural and creative design, and conducting 24 aesthetic education volunteer services in conjunction with the Guangzhou Municipal Association for the Promotion of the Inheritance of Excellent Culture. The "Phoenix Wings" commando team went deep into 8 villages to carry out artistic rural construction, coordinating and promoting public welfare activities such as promoting Putonghua in rural areas, educating young people on the law, and supporting teaching and learning, thus cultivating a tiered volunteer service matrix.

核心机制创新是推行“一场劳动、多目标嵌入、五育同步浸润”项目化设计。以从化万亩良田“大豆的一生”项目为例：前期田埂思政课落实德育，中期作物数据采集与智慧设备调试承载智育，规范生产操作夯实劳动素养，农田劳作落实体育，农耕文创设计实现美育。有学生在易班话题留言：“以前觉得劳动就是干活，这次从种豆到收豆、从做数据到做设计，才明白劳动里有学问、有美感、有责任。”该机制已推广至所有项目，实现“一次劳动、五育共现”。

The core mechanism innovation is to promote a project-based design of "one labor, multiple goal embeddings, and simultaneous immersion in the five aspects of education". Taking the "Soybean's Life" project in Conghua's 10,000 mu of fertile land as an example: in the early stage, ideological and political education courses on field ridges implemented moral education; in the middle stage, crop data collection and smart equipment debugging carried out intellectual education; standardized production operations consolidated labor literacy; farmland labor implemented physical education; and agricultural cultural and creative design achieved aesthetic education. A student left a comment on the Yiban forum: "I used to think that labor was just doing work. This time, from planting beans to harvesting beans, from doing data to doing design, I realized that there is knowledge, beauty, and responsibility in labor." This mechanism has been extended to all projects, achieving "one labor, five aspects of education".

（三）协同保障：四方协同三阶递进，构建长效运行机制

(III) Collaborative Support: Four-party collaboration in three stages to build a long-term operating mechanism

主体赋能方面，学校出台《劳动教育实施方案》，建立校级统一劳动清单，将劳动教育纳入二级学院绩效考核，创新“政校联谋、校企联建、家校联动、社校联办”工作法，推行“思政导师＋企业师傅＋基层志愿导师”三导师模式，选聘46名校外导师。智能工程学院与麒麟软件、统信软件开展党建共建，校内建成8个社区劳动实践基地，校外共建33个阵地。过程赋能方面，构建“基础素养—能力深化—社会担当”三阶递进路径，低中高年级分别侧重日常生活劳动、服务性劳动、生产性劳动，年均组织100余支突击队、1300多名师生赴全省各地。

In terms of empowering stakeholders, the school has issued the "Implementation Plan for Labor Education", established a unified labor list at the school level, incorporated labor education into the performance evaluation of secondary colleges, innovated the working method of "government-school joint planning, school-enterprise joint construction, home-school joint collaboration, and community-school joint operation", promoted the three-mentor model of "ideological and political mentors + enterprise mentors + grassroots volunteer mentors", and selected 46 off-campus mentors. The School of Intelligent Engineering, together with Kylin Software and Tongxin Software, has carried out joint Party building, establishing 8 community labor practice bases on campus and 33 bases off campus. In terms of process empowerment, a three-tiered progressive path of "basic literacy - deepening abilities - social responsibility" has been built. The lower, middle and upper grades focus on daily life labor, service labor and productive labor, respectively. An average of more than 100 commando teams and more than 1,300 teachers and students are organized to go to various parts of the province every year.

2025年专项调研显示，学生劳动价值观认同度从56％提升至92.3％，学生党员志愿服务参与率达98％；公益劳动年均参与人次从不足8000增至3.6万人次，劳动微证书获证率达87％。

A special survey in 2025 showed that students' identification with labor values increased from 56% to 92.3%, and the participation rate of student Party members in volunteer services reached 98%. The average annual number of participants in community service increased from less than 8,000 to 36,000, and the certification rate of labor micro-certificates reached 87%.

（一）国家级标志性成果取得突破。“管道守护星”获评团中央全国百优项目，“法治中国青春行”突击队获团中央全国专项立项（全国仅128支，学校为唯一入选高职院校），“南岭苗乡普语桥”青年团获教育部全国优秀团队通报表扬，“青耕水南”突击队连续四年扎根梅州五华支教助学。“茧光职行”工作室获评2025年易班优课教师工作室，学校易班发展中心获评全国“优秀易班工作站”。易班网络育人成果获教育部易班发展中心多项国家级表彰，师生先后斩获全国优秀易班指导老师、全国优秀易班工作站站长等荣誉，学校获评全国优秀易班共建高校。多个项目入选省级精品实践项目，获79家次国家级、省级媒体专题报道。学校连续3次获评广东省大学生创新创业教育示范学校，先后有8所兄弟院校来校交流，育人经验在3场省级思政会议上作典型发言。

The "Pipeline Guardian Star" was awarded the title of National Top 100 Project by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the "Rule of Law in China Youth Tour" commando team was approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League as a national special project (only 128 teams nationwide, and the school is the only higher vocational college selected), the "Nanling Miao Township Puyu Bridge" Youth League was commended by the Ministry of Education as a national outstanding team, and the "Qinggenshui Nan" commando team has been rooted in Wuhua, Meizhou for four consecutive years. The "Cocoon Light Vocational Training" studio was awarded the title of 2025 Yiban Excellent Lesson Teacher Studio, and the school's Yiban Development Center was awarded the title of National "Excellent Yiban Workstation". Yiban's online education achievements have received multiple national commendations from the Yiban Development Center of the Ministry of Education. Teachers and students have successively won honors such as National Excellent Yiban Instructor and National Excellent Yiban Workstation Director. The school has been recognized as a National Excellent Yiban Co-construction University. Several projects were selected as provincial-level excellent practice projects and received special reports from 79 sub-national and provincial media outlets. The school has been recognized as a model school for innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students in Guangdong Province for three consecutive times. Eight other universities have visited the school for exchanges, and its educational experience has been presented at three provincial-level ideological and political conferences.

（二）人才培养质量持续提升。累计培育2名广东省“百千万工程”西部计划志愿者、数十名基层服务骨干。近三年学生获“互联网＋”“挑战杯”等竞赛国家级奖项49项、省级203项，其中第十八届“挑战杯”获全国一等奖；劳动实践相关成果获国家专利15件（含发明专利2件）；毕业生就业率稳定在92％以上，用人单位满意度提升至94％。

(ii) The quality of talent cultivation has been continuously improved. A total of two volunteers from the Guangdong Provincial "Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand Project" Western China Program and dozens of grassroots service personnel have been trained. In the past three years, students have won 49 national-level awards and 203 provincial-level awards in competitions such as "Internet plus" and "Challenge Cup", including the first prize in the 18th "Challenge Cup". Achievements related to labor practice have obtained 15 national patents (including 2 invention patents); The graduate employment rate has remained stable at over 92%, and employer satisfaction has increased to 94%.

（三）制度成果与社会服务成效扎实。感恩积分制形成“资助感恩积分＋劳动感恩积分”双轨育人体系，劳动教育必修课覆盖率100％，覆盖在校生3万余人，建成33个校外实践基地；获省级以上课题6项，发表论文9篇；2025年服务乡村振兴成果获省级教学成果一等奖，帮扶的饶平蓝屋村获评第六批“中国传统村落”、广东省“百千万工程”首批典型村。

(III) Solid institutional achievements and social service results. The gratitude points system has formed a dual-track education system of "gratitude points for financial aid + gratitude points for labor education". The coverage rate of compulsory labor education courses is 100%, covering more than 30,000 students, and 33 off-campus practice bases have been established. He won 6 provincial-level or above research projects and published 9 papers; In 2025, the achievements in serving rural revitalization won the first prize of the provincial teaching achievement award, and the Raoping Lanwu Village, which was assisted, was rated as one of the sixth batch of "Traditional Chinese Villages" and one of the first batch of typical villages of Guangdong Province's "Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand Project".

四、经验启示

IV. Lessons Learned

第一，坚持整体性统筹是根本前提，以工作室为枢纽实现从“九龙治水”到“四方协同”转变；第二，坚持协同性融合是核心路径，“一次劳动、五育共现”证明多元目标嵌入式设计是发挥劳育枢纽功能的关键；第三，坚持数智化驱动是关键引擎，易班优课平台、AI画像、积分系统与传播矩阵协同发力，破解过程难记录、评价难精准、传播难持续的痛点；第四，坚持系统性嵌入是特色所在，将劳动教育嵌入乡村振兴、基层治理国家战略场域，实现“学生受教育、地方得实惠”双向共赢。

First, adhering to holistic coordination is the fundamental prerequisite, and using the studio as the hub to achieve the transformation from "nine dragons governing the water" to "four-party collaboration"; Second, adhering to collaborative integration is the core path. The "one labor, five aspects of education" proves that multi-objective embedded design is the key to giving full play to the function of the labor and education hub. Third, we must adhere to the principle that digitalization is the key engine, with the Yiban Youke platform, AI profiling, points system, and communication matrix working together to solve the pain points of difficulty in recording the process, accurate evaluation, and sustainable dissemination. Fourth, adhering to systematic embedding is its distinctive feature, embedding labor education into the national strategic arena of rural revitalization and grassroots governance to achieve a win-win situation where "students receive education and local communities benefit".

五、下一步加强和改进的计划

V. Plans for Next Strengthening and Improvement

一是 编制《劳动教育项目化设计指南》，开发“行远7＋7”研学体系，将“一次劳动、五育共现”机制标准化、工具化。

First, we will compile the "Guidelines for Project-Based Design of Labor Education" and develop the "Traveling Far 7+7" study tour system to standardize and instrumentalize the mechanism of "one labor, five aspects of education".

二是 升级易班智慧劳动平台，深化“AI＋思政”应用场景。探索生成式AI个性化劳动成长方案与智能问答助手，推动AI从“评价工具”向“育人伙伴”升级；推动两类感恩积分互通互认。

Second, we will upgrade the Yiban smart labor platform and deepen the application scenarios of "AI + ideological and political education". Explore generative AI-based personalized labor growth solutions and intelligent Q&A assistants to promote the upgrade of AI from an "evaluation tool" to an "educational partner"; Promote the interoperability and mutual recognition of the two types of gratitude points.

三是 深化校企协同，推动劳动教育基地从“挂牌合作”向“产权融合”升级，加强成果凝练与辐射推广。
