常州机场2024年运送旅客456.24万人次 实现第39个安全年

《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者胡夕姮 通讯员贾赛 报道：2024年12月31日22时33分，随着深圳航空ZH8927深圳至常州航班安全进港，常州奔牛国际机场2024年运行生产保障任务圆满收官。航班落地后，机场党委书记、董事长皋德雄，党委副书记、总经理陆平等来到停机坪，与机组、机务等工作人员热情握手、合影留念，共同庆祝机场顺利实现第39个安全年。

2024年，常州机场各项工作稳中有进、稳中向好，全年完成旅客吞吐量456.24万人次，同比增长13.2%，创历史新高，同时完成货邮吞吐量2.08万吨。客运方面，常州机场通航国内外41个城市，合作航企16家；新增博鳌、吐鲁番、日本东京等航点，加密深圳、昆明、沈阳、哈尔滨、等核心航线，保持泰国曼谷、越南芽庄、老挝万象、澳门等国际（地区）航线稳定运营。每天两班以上的航点14个，每天四班以上的航点5个。机场单日、单月旅客吞吐量均连攀新高，最高分别达到1.8万人次、49万人次。货运方面，常州机场开通顺丰航空执飞的常州—鄂州季节性全货机航线，与申通物流携手开展“陆转航”业务，同时积极拓展国际直达及空空中转业务，根据季节性特点推出鲜活货物促销政策，将小龙虾、水蜜桃等农副产品运至印尼雅加达、越南胡志明市、印度班加罗尔等地。
In 2024, Changzhou Airport's various tasks made steady progress and improvement. The annual number of the throughput passengers was 4.5624 million, wiith a year-on-year increase of 13.2%, which is a record high, and the cargo and mail throughput was 20,800 tons. In terms of passenger transport, Changzhou Airport is open to 41 cities at home and abroad, with 16 cooperative airlines; Adding destinations such as Boao, Turpan and Tokyo in Japan, enhance core routes such as Shenzhen, Kunming, Shenyang and Harbin, and maintain the stable operation of international (regional) routes such as Bangkok, Thailand, Nha Trang, Vietnam, Vientiane, Laos and Macau. There are 14 waypoints with more than two flights per day and 5 waypoints with more than four flights per day. The passenger throughput of the airport in a single day and a single month has climbed to a new high, reaching the highest of 18,000 and 490,000 respectively. In terms of freight, Changzhou Airport opened the seasonal all-cargo route from Changzhou to Ezhou operated by SF Airlines, joined hands with Shentong Logistics to carry out the "land to flight" business, and actively expanded the international direct and air-to-air transfer business, launched the promotion policy of fresh goods according to seasonal characteristics, and transported agricultural and sideline products such as crayfish and peaches to Jakarta, Indonesia, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Bangalore, India and other places.
优化管理体系，加固安全屏障。2024年，常州机场强化全员安全生产责任制，深入推进法定自查、隐患排查、体系内审和三级监察统筹融合；建立月度机场级双防工作会议机制，动态更新“两个清单”，推行可视化风险管理模式，提升重点领域风险防控效能；完善“吹哨人”和自愿报告奖励机制，广泛开展各类安全知识竞赛、岗位练兵、技能比武和主题征文活动，使对生命、规章和职责的敬畏入脑入心、入言入行。

提升服务品质，打造亮点品牌。通过优化航班管理模式，加强监测预警，增进内外协作，常州机场全年放行正常率近80%，航班截载时间全面缩短至35分钟。机场候机楼开通爱心旅客专用值机柜台，持续开展“夕阳红”“一路童行”“首乘有我”“车门到舱门”等服务，并增设“妈妈补给站”、童趣手推车等设施，为特殊旅客提供暖心帮助。“航延中转”“中转急转”“当日全天中转”等个性化中转快捷服务，以及前往锦州、绵阳、泉州等城市的行李直挂保障服务，也备受旅客好评。此外，机场打造了货运“一站式”服务销售品牌，可提供24小时咨询、订舱、速提闪付等服务。

统筹推进重点项目建设，夯实发展根基。2024年，常州机场的管制方式取得重大突破，成为全国第七个划设进近管制空域、全年唯一一个通过民航局空管局批复的中小机场，于10月12日启用塔台进近管制席位，有效提高了空域资源利用率。机场改扩建工程推进稳步有序，顺利完成倒班宿舍及食堂项目主体结构验收、非民航总承包项目管线迁改施工、航站楼东西扩建及各单体桩基验收、航站楼东西指廊主体结构及钢结构封顶、综合停车楼及各单体主体结构封顶等。

In 2024, Changzhou Airport achieved a major breakthrough in its control methods ,it is designated in approach control airspace and becomes the only small and medium-sized airport approved by the Air Traffic Control Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration throughout the year. It opened the tower approach control seat on October 12, effectively improving the utilization rate of airspace resources. The airport reconstruction and expansion project is progressing steadily and orderly, and successfully completed the acceptance of the main structure of the shift dormitory and canteen project, the pipeline relocation construction of the non-civil aviation general contracting project, the east-west expansion of the terminal building and the acceptance of each single pile foundation, the capping of the main structure and steel structure of the east-west corridor of the terminal building, the capping of the comprehensive parking building and each single main structure, etc.
推进产学研融合，激发创新动能。机场与民航局、空管局、相关科研院校等合作成立了军民航深度融合发展联合创新实验室、常州低空融合发展创新实验室。常州低空融合发展创新实验室获批为常州市重点实验室，同时被确立为江苏省三个低空经济研究实验室之一。研究成果《航空网络异常状态识别与动态优化调控技术及应用》获得全国民航科技进步二等奖。（编辑：李季威 校对：张彤 审核：韩磊）
Promote the integration of Industry-University-Research and stimulate innovation momentum. The airport has cooperated with the Civil Aviation Administration, the Air Traffic Control Bureau, and relevant scientific research institutions to establish the Joint Innovation Laboratory for Deep Integration and Development of Military and Civil Aviation and the Changzhou Low-altitude Integration and Development Innovation Laboratory. Changzhou Low-altitude Integrated Development Innovation Laboratory was approved as a key laboratory in Changzhou City, and was also set as one of the three low-altitude economic research laboratories in Jiangsu Province. The research result "Aviation Network Abnormal State Identification and Dynamic Optimization Control Technology and Application" won the second prize of the National Civil Aviation Science and Technology Progress Award.
