China places U.S. firm Compliance Testing LLC on countermeasure list

BEIJING, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) -- China on Wednesday placed U.S. firm Compliance Testing LLC on its countermeasure list, effective Aug. 5, 2026, according to a decree issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

北京8月5日电（新华社）——商务部发布令，宣布中方于周三将美国合规性测试公司（Compliance Testing LLC）列入反制清单，相关措施自2026年8月5日起施行。

The move came after recent negative measures taken by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) against China, which severely infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises.

此举系针对美国联邦通信委员会（FCC）近期对华采取负面措施作出的回应，美方相关措施严重侵犯中国企业的合法权益。

Compliance Testing LLC assisted and supported the FCC in taking these measures, which endanger China's sovereignty, security and development interests.

合规性测试公司（Compliance Testing LLC）协助并支持美国联邦通信委员会采取上述措施，相关行为危害中国主权、安全与发展利益。

Under China's Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law and its implementing regulations, the company has been placed on the countermeasure list. Organizations and individuals within Chinese territory are banned from engaging in any transactions, cooperation or other relevant activities with the firm.

根据《中华人民共和国反外国制裁法》及其实施条例，该公司被列入反制清单。中国境内的组织和个人，不得与该企业开展任何交易、合作及其他相关活动。
