近日，中矿资源集团新能源材料与高纯电子级化学品两大中试项目正式签约落户佛山（三水）新材料产业园中试基地（以下简称“中试基地”），广东省新材料产业科技创新应用中心场景验证基地同步揭牌。两大项目落地与省级平台加持，将进一步强化区域产业协同创新能力，为三水打造大湾区新材料产业高地、发展新质生产力注入澎湃动能。

Recently, China Mining Resources Group's two pilot projects of new energy materials and high-purity electronic-grade chemicals were officially signed and settled in the pilot base of Foshan (Sanshui) New Materials Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the "pilot base"), and the scenario verification base of Guangdong New Materials Industry Science and Technology Innovation Application Center was unveiled simultaneously. 项目方中矿资源（天津）新材料有限公司，是中矿资源集团孵化的新材料公司。依托集团在上游矿产资源方面的布局，该公司专注于高纯电子材料研发，产品广泛应用于钙钛矿电池、OLED面板、光学透镜及半导体设备等领域。

The project party, China Mining Resources (Tianjin) New Materials Co., Ltd., is a new material company incubated by China Mining Resources Group. Relying on the group's layout in upstream mineral resources, the company focuses on the research and development of high-purity electronic materials, and its products are widely used in perovskite cells, OLED panels, optical lenses, semiconductor equipment and other fields.

广东省新材料产业科技创新应用中心相关负责人表示，场景验证基地将依托中心的科研资源、项目资源与三水的中试能力、政策及空间优势，打造能高效承接、验证并催化创新成果的“核心反应器”。

三水区区长黄海表示，三水不仅拥有完善的全产业链配套，更专门组建了三水新兴产业发展基金，为优质项目从研发中试、成果转化到落地投产提供资金支撑。当天签约的知识产权服务、金融保险服务等配套项目，进一步补全了服务链条，助力企业打通“研发-中试-落地”的闭环，“接下来，三水将一如既往当好企业‘服务员’，做到‘一事不扰、有求必应’。”
