India launches anti-dumping investigation on p-tert-butylphenol

近日，印度商工部发布公告称，应印度生产商Vinati Organics Limited申请，对原产于或进口自中国大陆和中国台湾地区的对叔丁基 苯酚（Para-Tertiary Butyl Phenol）启动反倾销调查。本案涉及印度海关编码2907 1940项下的产品。本案倾销调查期为2024年4月至2025年3月(12个月)，损害调查期为2021年至2022年、2022年至2023年、2023年至2024年以及倾销调查期。

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to the application of the Indian manufacturer Vinati Organics Limited, an anti-dumping investigation was initiated against p-tert-butylphenol (Para-Tertiary Butyl Phenol) originating in or imported from Chinese mainland and Taiwan. This case involved products under the Indian Customs Code 2907 1940. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 2024 to March 2025 (12 months), and the damage investigation period is from 2021 to 2022, 2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024 and the dumping investigation period.

本案利益相关方应于立案之日起30天内以电子邮件的方式（发送至：dd15-dgtr@gov.in、dir16-dgtr@gov.in和adv13-dgtr@gov.in）向调查机关提交相关信息。

The interested parties in this case shall submit relevant information to the investigation authority by e-mail (to dd15-dgtr@gov.in, dir16-dgtr@gov.in and adv13-dgtr@gov.in) within 30 days from the date of filing the case.
