近日，由寰球吉林公司总承包的陕煤榆林化学二期一阶段HDPE装置添加剂储存间顺利完成主体结构封顶，这是该项目首个完成封顶的单体建筑，标志着项目土建施工取得阶段性成果。

Recently, the additive storage room of the HDPE unit of Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical Phase II and Phase I, which was contracted by Huanqiu Jilin Company, successfully completed the capping of the main structure. This is the first single building of the project to be capped, marking the phased results of the civil construction of the project.

本次封顶的添加剂储存间为钢筋混凝土框架结构，浇筑混凝土总量102立方米。施工过程中，HDPE项目部锚定目标、协同攻坚，以精细化管控和高效率施工节奏，展现出专业水准与扎实作风，实现设计、施工全流程 “短平快” 推进，为后续地上工程全面推进奠定坚实基础，吹响提速攻坚新号角。

The additive storage room capped this time is a reinforced concrete frame structure, with a total amount of 102 cubic meters of concrete poured. During the construction process, the HDPE project department anchored the goals and worked together to tackle difficulties. 陕煤集团榆林化学有限责任公司1500万吨/年煤炭分质清洁高效转化示范项目烯烃、芳烃及深加工工程是在一期项目基础上，通过煤热解、煤/半焦气化及下游深加工技术系统集成，进一步拓展和延伸产业链，探索煤基烯烃和煤基芳烃耦合发展的新路径，生产高性能材料、电池电解液溶剂、可降解材料及特种油品等4大类高附加值产品，最终生产聚烯烃、聚酯、聚碳酸酯、聚醚多元醇、EVA、POE、SAP、DMC、DEC、EMC、EC等化工产品，实现煤化工产业高端化、多元化、低碳化发展。按照“总体规划、分步实施”原则，二期项目分为二期一阶段项目和后续项目。

's 15 million tons/year coal quality clean and efficient conversion demonstration project is based on the first phase project, through coal pyrolysis, coal/semi-coke gasification and downstream deep processing technology system integration, further expand and extend the industrial chain, explore a new path for the coupled development of coal-based olefins and coal-based aromatics, and produce four categories of high value-added products, including high-performance materials, battery electrolyte solvents, degradable materials and special oil products. According to the principle of "overall planning and step-by-step implementation", the second phase project is divided into the second phase project and the first phase project and the follow-up project.

二期一阶段项目总占地约 9200 亩，项目估算总投资约620亿元。煤气化采用9台3500吨级航天炉，主要建设560万吨/年煤制甲醇、148万吨/年甲醇制烯烃及下游深加工装置，生产聚乙烯、聚丙烯、EVA、SAP等8类产品合计277万吨/年。

The second phase of the project covers a total area of about 9,200 mu, and the estimated total investment of the project is about 62 billion yuan. Coal gasification uses nine 3,500-ton space furnaces, mainly building 5.6 million tons/year coal-to-methanol, 1.48 million tons/year methanol-to-olefins and downstream deep processing equipment, and producing 8 types of products including polyethylene, polypropylene, EVA, and SAP. A total of 2.77 million tons/year.
