《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者钱擘 报道:6月23日至29日是第35个全国节能宣传周,主题“节能增效,焕‘新’引领”成为各行业绿色发展实践的聚焦点。近年来,中国东航持续积极参与可持续航空燃料(SAF)应用试点工作;与传统的航空燃料相较,在从采集原料、生产储存到最终使用的整个生命周期中,SAF最多可以减少85%的碳排放,东航以此致力推动民航的“节能减碳、绿色飞行”。

SAF是由可再生原料制成的航空替代燃料。它的生产原料可能是废弃的动植物油脂、餐饮废油、能源作物等生物资源,也可能是城市生活垃圾、农林废弃物、工业废气等非生物资源,这些日常生活中的废弃物“摇身一变”,成为了助力飞机翱翔天际的航空燃料。SAF的物理和化学特性跟传统航空燃料几乎相同,它可以按照一定的比例,安全地和传统燃料混合,一起加注到飞机的油箱中。因此,SAF可以快速应用于航空业,是行业首推的绿色替代能源。
SAF is an aviation alternative fuel made from renewable feedstocks. Its raw materials may be biological resources such as waste animal and vegetable oils, catering waste oil, energy crops, etc., or non-biological resources such as municipal solid waste, agricultural and forestry waste, and industrial waste gas. These wastes in daily life have "transformed" and become aviation fuel that helps aircraft soar into the sky. The physical and chemical properties of SAF are almost the same as those of traditional aviation fuel. It can be safely mixed with traditional fuel in a certain proportion and filled into the fuel tank of the aircraft. Therefore, SAF can be quickly applied to the aviation industry and is the industry's first green alternative energy source.

早在2013年4月24日,东航就在A320客机上率先首度加注中国自主知识产权的生物航空燃油,并在上海虹桥国际机场完成本场试飞,为后续SAF的广泛应用奠定了基础。

2022年10月12日,东航携手空客公司,在天津交付的全新A320neo飞机上加注SAF混合燃油进行首飞。此次使用的SAF也是中国首套可持续航空燃料工业装置实现规模化生产后的首批国产SAF燃料,这一举措此后得以持续实施。
On October 12, 2022, China Eastern Airlines joined hands with Airbus to fill SAF blended fuel on the new A320neo aircraft delivered in Tianjin for its first flight. The SAF used this time is also the first batch of domestically produced SAF fuel after China's first sustainable aviation fuel industrial device achieved large-scale production. 2023年5月27日,东航在上海虹桥飞往西安咸阳的MU2225航班上,加注了掺混15%SAF的混合燃油,实现了SAF在国内首次应用于商业航班飞行。

2024年9月19日,中国民航正式启动国产SAF应用试点工作,东航深度参与其中,于当天成功完成国产大飞机C919首次加注可持续航空燃料(SAF)商业飞行。在此后的第一阶段试点工作中,东航每日常态化执行4个SAF应用试点商业航班,全力配合航班运行监控、绿色产品设计推广以及飞发数据统计等关键任务。2025年3月19日起,东航投身第二阶段试点应用,进一步扩大了SAF燃油的使用规模。

In the first phase of the subsequent pilot work, China Eastern Airlines regularly carried out four SAF application pilot commercial flights every day, fully cooperating with key tasks such as flight operation monitoring, green product design and promotion, and flight data statistics. Starting from March 19, 2025, China Eastern Airlines will participate in the second phase of pilot applications, further expanding the scale of SAF fuel use.

与此同时,自2025年1月1日起,东航在欧盟境内起飞的航班均加注了2%的SAF掺混燃油,在国际航线上践行绿色飞行。

在飞行环节,东航通过精细化运行管理,从源头降低碳排放。2024年,东航通过优化航线设计、推广单发滑行、应用辅助动力装置(APU)替代技术及航行新技术等措施,累计节油21.6万吨,减少二氧化碳排放68.04万吨。

2025年,东航在指定航线上推出“线上选餐”服务和“轻飞享”产品,旅客可在起飞前根据个人口味,提前选择飞行旅途中的心仪餐食,同时也能实现机上餐食“按需备餐”,大幅降低餐食浪费,为绿色飞行助力减碳。东航还将塑料污染治理融入机上服务领域,将机上供应品替换为可降解材质,其中环保餐盒采用麦秸、稻秸、甘蔗渣作为主要原料的新型材质制作,每吨环保餐盒制品可减排15.64吨二氧化碳,预估到2035年可为东航累计减排二氧化碳约100万吨。
