近日,东津新区新能源新材料产业园项目装饰装修工程已全面铺开,安装工程同步跟进,整体建设高效有序推进。项目预计于4月底全面完工,建成后将重点引进新能源电池、储能设备等高新技术企业,为襄阳城市新中心建设注入产业新动能。

该项目位于现代大道、春风路、创新街及会展南路围合区域,总占地15.7万平方米。园区规划建设8栋标准化钢结构厂房、1栋科研办公楼,并配套研发及生活服务设施。目前,室外管网施工已完成25%,地坪工程正按计划稳步实施,园区道路、绿化、给排水等基础设施也在同步推进,旨在打造功能完善的现代化产业集聚区。
