Reported by Feng Zhijun (Reporter) and Pan Jingwen (Correspondent), China Civil Aviation News & China Civil Aviation Network: On March 19, the Hubei Air Traffic Control Branch successfully completed the adjustment of entry and departure procedures at Ezhou Huahu Airport.This adjustment centers on revising the navigation information data of Ezhou Huahu Airport, with key updates made to parameters including the names of entry and departure procedures and procedure waypoints, so as to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of navigation information data.

今年1月，湖北空管分局与鄂州花湖机场空管服务公司共同召开飞行程序变更讨论会。会议围绕系统配置、进离场程序命名规则以及系统间数据交互等内容进行深入研讨，明确各方职责和技术细节，为后续系统参数调整奠定了坚实基础。成都民航空管科技和中南民航空管通信网络科技有限公司等单位也参加了本次会议。为确保调整工作安全有序推进，技术保障部在测试平台对进离场程序变更进行充分测试，协调管制运行部派专人参与校对，确保新参数在各系统间交互准确、运行可靠。同时，技术保障部于3月16日组织召开鄂州花湖机场进离港程序变更风险评估会议，对施工方案、风险防控及管控措施等关键环节进行了全面梳理。

In January this year, the Hubei Air Traffic Control Branch and the Air Traffic Control Service Company of Ezhou Huahu Airport jointly held a seminar on flight procedure modifications.The meeting conducted in-depth discussions on system configuration, naming rules for entry and departure procedures, and data interaction between systems, clarified the responsibilities and technical details of all parties concerned, and laid a solid groundwork for the subsequent adjustment of system parameters.Units including Chengdu Civil Aviation Air Traffic Control Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhongnan Civil Aviation Air Traffic Control Communication Network Technology Co., Ltd. also participated in this meeting.To ensure the safe and orderly advancement of the adjustment work, the Technical Support Department conducted comprehensive tests on the changes of entry and departure procedures on the test platform, and coordinated with the Air Traffic Control and Operation Department to assign special personnel to participate in proofreading, so as to ensure the accurate interaction and reliable operation of new parameters among various systems.Meanwhile, on March 16, the Technical Support Department organized a risk assessment meeting for the modification of entry and departure procedures at Ezhou Huahu Airport, and comprehensively sorted out key links such as the construction plan, risk prevention and control, and management measures.

本次实施工作分阶段推进：3月18日凌晨完成华泰自动化系统参数发布，3月19日凌晨完成FIPS系统配置升级，3月19日上午完成二所自动化系统参数发布。实施过程中，技术保障部严格执行双岗交叉检查，按照操作流程单逐一落实，确保各系统参数修改规范、数据交互顺畅。针对多系统参数生效时间不一致带来的风险，技术保障部与管制运行部保持密切沟通，加强异常情况监控，确保运行平稳过渡。

The implementation of this work was carried out in phases: the parameter release of the Huatai Automation System was completed in the early morning of March 18, the configuration upgrade of the FIPS System was finished in the early morning of March 19, and the parameter release of the No.2 Institute Automation System was accomplished on the morning of March 19.During the implementation process, the Technical Support Department strictly implemented the dual-post cross-inspection system, and followed the operation checklist to carry out each task one by one, ensuring the standardized modification of parameters of each system and smooth data interaction.In response to the risks caused by the inconsistent effective times of parameters across multiple systems, the Technical Support Department maintained close communication with the Air Traffic Control and Operation Department, strengthened the monitoring of abnormal situations, and ensured a smooth operational transition.
