Hu Jing, General Manager of Hubei Airport Group Ezhou Airport Cargo Co., Ltd., was proudly named on the list. As a dedicated veteran in the field of air cargo, she has always upheld the principle of "cherish the work you do, love it, and strive to do it well". Rooted at the frontline of Ezhou Huahu International Airport, she has been fulfilling her mission through solid work and demonstrating her professional responsibilityu on the journey of building an air cargo hub, writing a glorious chapter of struggle for women in the new era.
攻坚破难：以实干刷新速度，用坚守扛起责任

110天，2.3万平方米，这组数字背后，是胡婧与团队并肩作战的攻坚故事，也是她以实干为孩子树立榜样的生动实践。2024年，鄂州花湖机场公共国际货站建设进入冲刺阶段，工期紧、标准高、涉及环节多，不少人都觉得“不可能完成”。作为牵头人，胡婧没有丝毫退缩，把办公室搬到了建设现场，白天协调施工、材料、验收等各项事宜，晚上梳理进度、破解难题，常常忙到深夜才拖着疲惫的身体回家。“每一个细节都不能马虎，每一个节点都不能延误，这是我们的责任，更是为花湖机场发展抢时间。”她常对团队说，“既然扛起了这份担子，就必须做到尽善尽美。”
The numbers-110 days, 23000 square meters-tell the story of Hu Jingand her team fought side by side to overcome challenges, and vividly demonstrate her commitment to leading by example through action. In 2024, the construction of the public international cargo terminal of Ezhou Huahu Airport entered the sprint stage, With a tight schedule, high standards, and many interlocking procedures,many believed it was "impossible". As the person in charge, Hu Jing did not flinch. She moved her office to the construction site, coordinating various tasks during the day- construction, materials, inspections and reviewing progress and solving problems at night, often dragging her exhausted body home late into the night. "Every detail cannot be sloppy, and every node cannot be delayed. This is our responsibility, and it is also to seize time for the development of Huahu Airport." She often said to the team, "now that you have shouldered this burden, you must be perfect."
忙碌的工作让她难以时刻陪伴在5岁儿子图图身边，但她从未忽视对孩子的言传身教——用脚踏实地的实干、攻坚克难的坚守，为孩子上好“努力成长”的人生第一课，让孩子在潜移默化中明白，所有付出都不会白费，每一份坚持都终将收获回响。曾有一次，她承诺陪儿子过生日，却因突发工作不得不失约，年幼的图图非但没有哭闹，反而贴心安慰她：“妈妈在认真工作、努力奋斗，我会支持你。”孩子的理解，既是对她坚守的认可，更是她用行动传递正能量的最好回馈。从场地规划到设备调试，从流程优化到人员培训，她全程盯防、亲力亲为，最终带领团队提前完成建设任务，用110天的实干刷新“鄂州速度”，为花湖机场国际货运业务落地打通关键一环，而这份沉甸甸的成绩，正是她给孩子最生动、最有力量的成长答案。
Busy work prevents her from always being by the side of her 5-year-old son Tutu. Nevertheless, she has never neglected setting a good example for her child through words and deeds. With her down-to-earth dedication and perseverance in overcoming difficulties, she imparts to her son the very first life lesson of "striving for growth", helping him understand imperceptibly that every effort and perseverance will eventually bear fruit.On one occasion, she had promised to celebrate her son’s birthday with him, yet had to break her promise due to an emergency at work. Instead of crying and throwing a tantrum, the young Tutu comforted her thoughtfully: "Mom is working hard and striving diligently. I will support you." A child’s understanding is not only the best reward for her perseverance, but also the driving force for her to convey positive energy through practical actions.From site planning and equipment debugging, to process optimization and personnel training, she supervised every detail personally and took everything on herself. Eventually, she led her team to finish the construction task ahead of schedule, setting a new "Ezhou Speed" with 110 days of solid work. This achievement has forged a critical link for the launch of Huahu Airport’s international freight business, and this weighty accomplishment is the most vivid and powerful answer to her son's growth.
创新笃行：以专业践行初心，用突破彰显担当
Innovation & Perseverance: Upholding Original Aspiration with Professionalism, Demonstrating Responsibility through Breakthroughs
深耕航空货运领域，胡婧的故事里，始终藏着“创新为民、精益求精”的执着追求。面对航空货运中转效率的行业瓶颈，她摒弃常规思路，带头扎根货站一线，详细记录每个环节的痛点与难点。“客户的需求就是我们的方向，中转快一分钟，客户就少一分等待。”秉持着这份初心，她牵头组建专项创新团队，反复打磨优化、不断试错攻坚，最终打造出16种“空空中转”业务模式，将机下直转时效从数小时压缩至2小时，相关案例成功入选中国民航局降本提质增效典型案例。
Deeply rooted in the air cargo sector, Hu Jing’s story embodies a persistent pursuit of innovation for the people and excellence in refinement. Faced with the industrial bottleneck of low transit efficiency in air cargo operations, she abandoned conventional mindsets, took the lead in working on the front lines of the cargo station, and documented pain points and difficulties in every link in detail."Customer demands are our guiding principle. Every minute saved in transit means less waiting for our customers." Adhering to this original aspiration, she led the establishment of a special innovation team. Through repeated polishing, optimization, trial-and-error and tackling of core challenges, she finally developed 16 types of air-to-air transit business models. This innovation cut the direct transit time from several hours down to merely 2 hours, and relevant cases have been selected as national exemplary cases for cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
在深耕专业、突破创新的同时，胡婧也在追求专业服务，带领团队全力提升企业核心竞争力。在她的统筹推动下，花湖机场北区公共国际货站成功斩获IATA CEIV锂电池、医药冷链、鲜活易腐等多项国际权威认证。“我们要做就做最好，要让鄂州空港货运的服务，得到国际市场的认可。”2025年，在她的带领下，国际货站全年完成货邮总量超15万吨、中转业务量近5万吨，亮眼的业绩数据，正是对她这份执着与专业的最好回报。
While further advancing professional expertise and breakthrough innovation, Hu Jing also strived for premium professional services, leading her team to comprehensively boost the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Under her unified coordination and promotion, the public international cargo station of Huahu Airport has successively obtained international authoritative certifications including IATA CEIV Lithium Battery Certification and Pharmaceutical & Fresh Perishable Logistics Certification."We strive for perfection in everything we do. We aim to deliver the best air cargo services in Ezhou and gain recognition from the international market."In 2025, under her leadership, the international cargo station achieved an annual cargo throughput of over 150,000 tons and a transit business volume of nearly 50,000 tons. This outstanding performance is the best reward for her perseverance and professionalism.

Even when the operations of the cargo station have entered a stable stage, she continues to conduct intensive research, refined management and iterative optimization, consolidating a solid foundation for development with professional competence. In 2025, the Noon Lecture Hall program has held over 180 training sessions, covering 4,611 person-times, helping a large number of young employees rapidly grow into core backbones of their positions.Meanwhile, she always puts safety at the top priority. She has established a dual prevention mechanism for work safety, conducted full-coverage safety inspections, and never overlooks any potential safety hazard."Safety is the lifeline of air cargo operations.
