“千行万业系列招聘会”春季专场活动启动仪式在江苏南京举行

3月22日，教育部、人力资源和社会保障部在南京理工大学联合举办“千行万业系列招聘会”春季专场活动启动仪式暨江苏省2025届春季促就业攻坚行动高端装备制造、新兴数字产业专场招聘会。

On March 22nd, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly held the launching ceremony of the Spring Special Session of the "Thousands of Industries Series Job Fairs" and the Spring 2025 Employment Promotion Intensive Campaign in Jiangsu Province for the high-end equipment manufacturing and emerging digital industries at Nanjing University of Science and Technology.

本次招聘会以“服务新质生产力 校地强链促就业”为主题，现场设置“高端装备制造”“新兴数字产业”“长三角一体化”等专区，到场招聘单位近400家，包括江苏恒立液压有限公司、中天科技集团有限公司、浩鲸云计算科技股份有限公司、南京烽火星空通信发展有限公司、武汉汉江国家实验室、上海卫星工程研究所等相关行业产业重点院所企业，发布岗位1万余个，吸引南京及周边高校超过1万名毕业生参加。

With the theme of "Serving the New Quality Productive Forces and Strengthening the Industrial Chain between Universities and Localities to Promote Employment", this job fair set up special zones on site such as "High-end Equipment Manufacturing", "Emerging Digital Industries", and "Yangtze River Delta Integration". Nearly 400 recruitment units were present, including key institutes and enterprises in relevant industries and sectors such as Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Zhongtian Technology Group Co., Ltd., Whale Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Fiberhome Starrysky Communication Development Co., Ltd., Wuhan Hanjiang National Laboratory, and Shanghai Satellite Engineering Institute. More than 10,000 job positions were released, attracting over 10,000 graduates from universities in Nanjing and its surrounding areas to participate.

招聘会还设置“AI面试、就业智能问答”体验、简历门诊、征兵入伍、防诈宣传等专区，并同步开展就业创业指导公益巡讲和就业创业政策宣讲会，为毕业生提供精细化就业指导服务。

The job fair also set up special zones for "AI interviews, intelligent employment Q&A" experiences, resume clinics, recruitment for the military, anti-fraud publicity, etc. Meanwhile, public lectures on employment and entrepreneurship guidance and seminars on employment and entrepreneurship policies were carried out simultaneously to provide graduates with refined employment guidance services.

3月以来，江苏省教育厅等部门及各高校抢抓春季招聘关键期，积极组织用人单位开展招聘活动，围绕不同行业、地区人才需求及困难学生群体就业帮扶，举办线上、线下各类专场招聘活动385场，共提供就业岗位超过17.6万。

Since March, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and other departments as well as various universities have seized the crucial period of spring recruitment, actively organized employers to carry out recruitment activities, held 385 online and offline special recruitment activities in line with the talent needs of different industries and regions and the employment assistance for students from disadvantaged groups, providing a total of more than 176,000 job positions.

“千行万业系列招聘会”是教育部2025届高校毕业生“春季促就业攻坚行动”的重要内容，旨在落实党中央、国务院关于促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业部署，汇聚相关部门、行业协会、用人单位、社会招聘机构等多方资源，挖潜开拓市场化就业岗位，加力加快促就业工作进程。据了解，系列招聘会近期还将举办财经政法专场、文旅行业专场等。

The "Thousands of Industries Series Job Fairs" is an important part of the "Spring Employment Promotion Intensive Campaign" for the 2025 graduates of colleges and universities by the Ministry of Education. It aims to implement the deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting high-quality and full employment of college graduates, gather multiple resources from relevant departments, industry associations, employers, social recruitment agencies, etc., tap and explore market-oriented job positions, and accelerate the process of promoting employment. It is understood that the series of job fairs will also hold special sessions for finance, economics, politics and law, the cultural and tourism industries, etc. in the near future.
