近日，陕西省生态环境厅发布对中化学西部新材料有限公司年产5万吨聚烯烃弹性体产业示范项目环境影响评价文件受理情况的公示。

Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment has released a public announcement regarding the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment documents for the 50,000-ton polyolefin elastomer (POE) industrial demonstration project of China National Chemical Western New Materials Co., Ltd.

项目名称：年产5万吨聚烯烃弹性体产业示范项目

Project Name: 50,000 t/a Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) Industrial Demonstration Project.

建设地点：陕西省/榆林市/横山区

Construction Site: Hengshan District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province.

建设单位：中化学西部新材料有限公司

Construction Unit: China National Chemical Western New Materials Co., Ltd.

主要建设内容和建设规模：建设年产5万吨聚烯烃弹性体（POE）装置，规划产能为3.5万吨/年乙烯-辛烯共聚物与1.5 万吨/年乙烯-丁烯共聚物及相关配套设施。

Main Construction Content and Scale: Construction of a 50,000 t/a polyolefin elastomer (POE) production plant. The plant is designed with an annual capacity of 35,000 tons of ethylene-octene copolymer and 15,000 tons of ethylene-butene copolymer, together with relevant supporting facilities.

项目投资：77300万元。

Project Investment: 773 million RMB.

中化学西部新材料有限公司成立于 2023年5月26日，注册资本 1.5亿元，注册于陕西省榆林市高新技术产业开发区。公司由中国化学工程集团有限公司旗下的中化学城市投资有限公司（控股80%）、中化学科学技术研 究有限公司（持股5%）及榆林高新技术产业发展有限责任公司（持股15%）共 同组建，是中国化学工程集团有限公司“实业投资”板块的关键布局。

Sinochemical Western New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded on May 26, 2023, with a registered capital of 150 million RMB. Its registered address is High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The company is a joint venture of Sinochemical City Investment Co., Ltd. (80% shareholding), Sinochemical Science and Technology Research Co., Ltd. (5% shareholding) and Yulin High-tech Industry Development Co., Ltd. (15% shareholding). It represents a key deployment under the "Industrial Investment" business segment of China Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
