为提升公众航空安全意识,营造浓厚安全文化氛围。6月16日,湖南航空以“人人讲安全,个个会应急——查找身边安全隐患”为主题,在长沙黄花国际机场T2航站楼及湖南航空A67709昆明—南通航班上同步启动“安全宣传咨询日”活动。活动创新采用“场景化+体验式”宣传模式,将航空安全知识转化为可感知的互动体验,吸引数百名旅客踊跃参与,让安全理念深度融入出行场景。
In order to enhance public Aviation Safety Awareness and create a strong safety culture atmosphere. On June 16th, Hunan Airlines simultaneously launched the "Safety Publicity and Consultation Day" activity on Terminal T2 of Changsha Huanghua International Airport and Hunan Airlines A67709 Kunming-Nantong flight with the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies-find potential safety hazards around them". The event innovatively adopts a "scene-based + experiential" publicity model, transforming aviation safety knowledge into a perceptible interactive experience, attracting hundreds of passengers to actively participate, and deeply integrating safety concepts into travel scenarios.

Ground Site: Interactive Experience Ignites a Safety Learning Boom
在长沙黄花国际机场T2航站楼活动现场,主题展板与蓝色打卡墙相映成趣。湖南航空工作人员向旅客发放《航空安全知识宣传手册》,并引导大家扫码参与线上答题挑战,赢取飞机模型奖品。
At the event site of Terminal T2 of Changsha Huanghua International Airport, the theme exhibition board and the blue punch-in wall set off each other. Hunan Airlines staff distributed the Aviation safety knowledge Brochure to passengers, and guided everyone to scan the code to participate in the online answering challenge and win aircraft model prizes.
活动巧妙地将手册核心内容,如“充电宝额定能量申报标准”“应急出口座位责任”等关键知识,设计成40道竞答题,并融入“大家来找茬”“安全飞行棋”等趣味互动游戏中。让旅客在答题过程中,不仅能学习知识,还能通过手册图示获得直观理解。
The activity skillfully designed the core contents of the manual, such as key knowledge such as "rated energy declaration standard of charging treasure" and "emergency exit seat responsibility", into 40 competitive answers, and integrated them into interesting interactive games such as "Let's find fault" and "safe flying chess". In the process of answering questions, passengers can not only learn knowledge, but also gain intuitive understanding through the manual illustrations.

活动吸引了众多家庭旅客共同参与,形成了热烈的“一人答题,多人学习”氛围。据统计,仅地面活动就吸引了超150人次参与扫码挑战,答题区与兑奖处人头攒动,将现场气氛推向高潮。
The activity attracted many family travelers to participate together, forming a warm atmosphere of "one person answering questions and many people learning". According to statistics, the ground activities alone attracted more than 150 people to participate in the code scanning challenge, and the answering area and prize redemption office were crowded, pushing the atmosphere to a climax.
万米高空:客舱变身移动安全课堂

与此同时,在湖南航空A67709昆明—南通航班上,客舱化身为“移动安全课堂”。乘务长通过机上广播向旅客介绍《航空安全知识》手册内容,并引导旅客翻阅手册寻找“安全密码”。广播结束后,乘务员推着载有安全教具的服务车穿行客舱,现场规范演示氧气面罩“捂口鼻—拉紧带”的操作步骤,并邀请旅客亲身实践“防冲击姿势”。
At the same time, on Hunan Airlines flight A67709 Kunming-Nantong, the cabin was transformed into a "mobile safety classroom". The flight attendant introduced the contents of the Aviation Safety Knowledge manual to passengers through the on-board broadcast, and guided passengers to look through the manual to find the "security password". After the broadcast, the flight attendants pushed the service vehicle carrying safety teaching aids through the cabin, standardized and demonstrated the operation steps of the oxygen mask "covering the nose and mouth-tightening the belt" on the spot, and invited passengers to practice the "anti-impact posture" themselves.

在安全知识问答环节,当乘务员提出“遭遇气流颠簸时的正确做法”等问题时,呼唤铃频频响起,旅客们积极作答。在展示“超重、超大、超件”行李(三超行李)实物模型时,旅客们自发传递查看,沉浸式学习氛围浓厚。
In the safety knowledge question and answer session, when the flight attendants asked questions such as "the correct way to do when encountering turbulent airflow", the call bell rang frequently, and the passengers actively answered. When displaying the physical model of "overweight, oversized and overweight" luggage (three super luggage), passengers spontaneously passed it on and viewed it, creating a strong immersive learning atmosphere.
