杭州星传新材料科技有限公司成立于2022年6月，是杭州星庐科技有限公司与传化化学集团针对新型聚烯烃弹性体技术联合开展中试及万吨级产业化的合作主体，其研发的聚烯烃产品可应用于光伏、汽车、建筑、塑料改性等领域，兼具新材料和新能源的属性，有望解决我国光伏行业全产业链中同类材料完全依赖进口的“卡脖子环节”。
Hangzhou Xingchuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2022. It is the main body of cooperation between Hangzhou Xinglu Technology Co., Ltd. and Transfar Chemical Group to jointly carry out pilot testing and 10,000-ton industrialization of new polyolefin elastomer technology. The developed polyolefin products can be used in photovoltaics, automobiles, construction, plastic modification and other fields, and have the attributes of new materials and new energy. It is expected to solve the "stuck neck link" in the entire industry chain of my country's photovoltaic industry.
为快速推动国产超支化聚烯烃弹性体的市场化，有效消解国外企业的市场垄断，杭州星传新材料科技有限公司于2024年在浙江省衢州市成立全资子公司——衢州星传新材料科技有限公司（后简称“星传新材”），在浙江龙游经济开发区化工集中区实施衢州星传新材料科技有限公司万吨级超支化聚烯烃弹性体建设项目，通过先进自研催化剂，采用乙烯聚合生产性能比肩国际高端聚烯烃弹性体的聚烯烃产品，为我国光伏产业的高速发展做出贡献。

2024年11月29日，浙江省衢州星传新材料科技有限公司全球首套年产3万吨（一期）超支化聚烯烃弹性体（H-POE）工业化装置在龙游县举行工程建设开工仪式。
