近日，湖南福邦新材料有限公司年产10000吨双氟磺酰亚胺锂改扩建项目环评批复并在衡阳市生态环境局公示。项目相关情况如下：
Recently, the environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval for Hunan Fubang New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 10,000-ton/year lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide reconstruction and expansion project has been granted and publicly announced on the website of Hengyang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment. Relevant details of the project are as follows:

建设规模及内容：（1）建设年产10000 吨双氟磺酰亚胺锂生产线，分两期实施，1 期建设年产3000吨双氟磺酰亚胺锂生产线及其配套设施，2 期建设年产 7000 吨双氟磺酰亚胺锂生产线及其配套设施；
Construction Scale and Content:(1) Construct a 10,000-ton/year lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide production line, to be implemented in two phases. Phase I will involve the construction of a 3,000-ton/year lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide production line and its supporting facilities; Phase II will include a 7,000-ton/year lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide production line and corresponding supporting facilities.
（2） “年产 4000 吨双氟磺酰亚胺锂改扩建项目”（衡环发[2024]149 号）中已建成2400吨/年双氟磺酰亚胺锂产能的生产工艺和生产设备均不发生改变；尚未建设的1600 吨/年产能相关设备将不再实施建设。
(2) The production processes and equipment for the existing 2,400-ton/year lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide capacity under the "4,000-ton/year Lithium Bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide Reconstruction and Expansion Project" (Document No. Heng Huan Fa [2024] No. 149) shall remain unchanged; the equipment related to the unconstructed 1,600-ton/year capacity will no longer be built.
（3）拆除现有处理能力为 0.8t/h 的 35m 焚烧炉，原进入焚烧炉处置的危废现全交有资质单位处理。
(3) Demolish the existing 35-meter incinerator with a treatment capacity of 0.8 tons per hour. The hazardous waste originally disposed of by this incinerator will now be fully entrusted to qualified units for professional treatment.
（4）建设一条长度 1100 米输送量为 11000 吨/年的 DN300 玻璃钢材质的二氧化硫架空输送线路（从福邦输送到恒光），并配备有有毒气体报警和输送风机等设备。
(4) Construct an overhead sulfur dioxide transmission pipeline (from Fubang to Hengguang) with a length of 1,100 meters, a nominal diameter (DN) of 300mm, made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), and a transmission capacity of 11,000 tons/year. Supporting equipment such as toxic gas alarm systems and transmission fans will also be installed.
