EASA Launches Survey on the Effect of Socio-Economic Factors on Aviation Safety

As part of EASA’s mandate under Article 89 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, the Agency is required to monitor and report on socio-economic factors that affect aviation safety. In carrying out this task, EASA invites all pilots, cabin crew, and operational control personnel (OCC/dispatchers/ flight operations officers) across Europe to take part in the EASA Art.89 Survey “Mapping of Socio-Economic Factors on Safety in Aviation”
This important survey explores how working and employment conditions may influence the safety performance and wellbeing of aviation professionals in safety-critical roles.
