China News Service, Jinan, November 13 (Reporter Sha Jianlong)** — The steel box girder rotation construction of the Shenghai Expressway expansion project's overpass bridge, which spans the Jiaozhou-Jinan and Jiaozhou-Xinshang railways, was successfully completed on November 13. The project was invested in and constructed by Jiaofa Group, a subsidiary of Qingdao Chengtou Group, and built by China Railway No. 10 Engineering Group. This marks the successful resolution of key technical challenges in the expressway expansion project, laying a solid foundation for achieving full-line connectivity as soon as possible.
沈海高速在山东省境内全长359.079公里,按双向八车道高速公路标准改扩建,设计时速120公里。此次由中铁十局青岛公司承建的上跨胶济、胶新铁路立交桥位于青岛市胶州市北外环西附近,全长275米。其转体部分采用(130+80)米耐候钢钢箱梁结构,重量达5286吨,是山东省目前规模最大的不等跨涉铁高速公路钢箱梁转体工程。
The Shenhai Expressway has a total length of 359.079 kilometers within Shandong Province, and has been renovated and expanded according to the standard of a two-way eight lane expressway, with a designed speed of 120 kilometers per hour. The overpass over the Jiaoji and Jiaoxin railways, constructed by China Railway Tenth Bureau Qingdao Company, is located near the west of the North Outer Ring Road in Jiaozhou City, Qingdao, with a total length of 275 meters. The rotating part adopts a (130+80) meter weather resistant steel box girder structure with a weight of 5286 tons, which is currently the largest unequal span steel box girder rotating project on a railway expressway in Shandong Province.
据了解,在材质选择方面,全桥采用耐候钢。该材料避免了传统的繁复涂装防锈处理,既节约了施工时间和工作量,又延长了钢桥的使用寿命,同时显著降低了后期运营与维护成本。在连接方式上,全桥采用全焊接结构,摒弃了过去依赖大量螺栓的传统做法,避免了因螺栓连接可能引起的脱落隐患及更换困难,有力推动了全桥免维护目标的实现。

作为全线的控制性节点,该桥上跨胶济、胶新两大铁路干线,施工区域日通行客货列车超过百列。钢箱梁需在铁路有限的“天窗期”内完成86度精准转体,施工环境复杂,安全风险极高。为确保施工安全,项目部综合运用成孔检测仪与邻近营业线电子幕墙系统,将标准化要求精准落实到每一道工序,为转体桥关键工序的顺利实施筑牢根基。项目团队借助智能建造技术精确计算牵引力与安全系数,建立动态修正模型,为精准转体提供了坚实的数据支撑。

The steel box girder needs to complete a precise 86 degree rotation within the limited "skylight period" of the railway, and the construction environment is complex with extremely high safety risks. To ensure construction safety, the project department comprehensively uses hole detection instruments and adjacent business line electronic curtain wall systems to accurately implement standardized requirements in every process, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of key processes of the rotary bridge. The project team utilizes intelligent construction technology to accurately calculate traction and safety factors, establish a dynamic correction model, and provide solid data support for precise rotation.
转体过程中,项目综合运用“高精度全站仪+电子水准仪”进行实时监测,并集成“智能纠偏+实时姿态监测”一体化系统,实现了毫米级精准控制。通过构建全过程数字BIM模型对转体轨迹进行多工况模拟,有效预判并化解了因结构不对称可能引发的偏转风险。最终,应用北斗定位与液压同步控制技术,在65分钟的“天窗期”内完成多系统协同作业,成功攻克了不等跨转体结构平衡控制与营业线施工安全等关键技术难题。
During the rotation process, the project comprehensively utilizes a "high-precision total station+electronic level" for real-time monitoring, and integrates an integrated system of "intelligent correction+real-time attitude monitoring" to achieve millimeter level precision control. By constructing a full process digital BIM model to simulate the trajectory of the rotating body under multiple working conditions, the risk of deflection caused by structural asymmetry was effectively predicted and resolved. Finally, by applying Beidou positioning and hydraulic synchronization control technology, multi system collaborative operations were completed within a 65 minute "skylight period", successfully overcoming key technical challenges such as balance control of unequal span rotating structures and construction safety of business lines.
