- The initiative is among eight new measures announced by the PBOC governor Pan Gongsheng at the Lujiazui Forum in June for implementation in Shanghai.此项举措，是中国人民银行行长潘功胜6月在陆家嘴论坛上宣布的八项新政措施之一，将在上海落地实施。
- The center is designated to promote the internationalization of the digital currency and the development of financial market services while supporting innovation in digital finance, Pan said at the forum.潘功胜在论坛上表示，该中心的设立旨在促进数字货币的国际化，推动金融市场服务的发展，同时助力数字金融领域的创新。
- Along with its launch, the center unveiled three major platforms, which include a cross-border digital payment platform, a blockchain service platform and a digital asset platform.该中心在投入运营的同时，还同步推出了三大核心平台，包括了跨境数字支付平台、区块链服务平台以及数字资产平台。
