2024国际武联国际武术裁判员培训与认证班在武汉体育学院开班

The 2024 International Wushu Federation International Wushu Referee Training and Certification Class opens at Wuhan Institute of Physical Education

7月27日上午，由国际武术联合会主办，中国武术协会和武汉体育学院承办，武汉体育学院教育发展基金会协办的2024国际武联国际武术裁判员培训与认证班在武汉体育学院举行开班仪式。本次培训班共有来自26个国家或地区的94名学员参加，36名国内学员列席参会。

On the morning of July 27, the opening ceremony of the 2024 IWUF International Wushu Referee Training and Certification Class, sponsored by the International Wushu Federation, undertaken by the Chinese Wushu Association and Wuhan University of Sport, and co-organized by the Education Development Foundation of Wuhan University of Sport, was held at Wuhan University of Sport. A total of 94 participants from 26 countries or regions participated in the training course, and 36 domestic participants attended the training course.

国际武术联合会秘书长张秋平，国家体育总局武术运动管理中心主任、党委书记，国家武术研究院院长张玉萍，武汉体育学院党委书记陈继平，国际武术联合会副主席、裁判委员会副主任谢里夫·穆斯塔法，国家体育总局武术运动管理中心副主任，国家武术研究院副院长李永强，湖北省体育局党组成员、副局长郑李辉，武汉体育学院党委常委、副院长朱磊，国际武术联合会裁判委员会委员马库斯·阿尔维斯、郭伊万、古岱娟，培训班武术套路讲师林小美、高楚兰、刘志钢，培训班武术散打讲师赵斌、梁亚东、蔡清池，以及来自不同国家或地区的学员参加开班仪式。开班仪式由国际武术联合会裁判员委员会主任金肖冰主持。

Zhang Qiuping, Secretary General of the International Wushu Federation, Zhang Yuping, Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Wushu Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sports, President of the National Wushu Research Institute, Chen Jiping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Wuhan Institute of Sport, Sharif Mustafa, Vice Chairman of the International Wushu Federation and Deputy Director of the Referee Committee, Li Yongqiang, Deputy Director of the Wushu Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China and Vice President of the National Wushu Research Institute, Zheng Lihui, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau, Zhu Lei, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Wuhan Institute of Sport, Marcus Alves, Guo Yiwan, Gu Daijuan, members of the Referee Committee of the International Wushu Federation, Lin Xiaomei, Gao Chulan, Liu Zhigang, lecturers of Wushu Taolu in the training class, Zhao Bin, Liang Yadong, Cai Qingchi, Wushu Sanda lecturers in the training class, and students from different countries or regions attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Jin Xiaobing, director of the Referee Committee of the International Wushu Federation.

陈继平代表武汉体育学院致欢迎辞，并向参会人员介绍了武汉体育学院和学校武术学院的基本情况。他表示，建校以来，武汉体育学院始终扎根荆楚大地，以服务社会为己任，不断推动国际交流与合作。承办本次培训与认证班，是国际武术联合会、国家体育总局对学校的信任和重托，更是学校向世界分享武术文化独特魅力的一次具体行动和生动实践。他希望，大家以此为契机，习武修德、以武会友，相互交流、相互借鉴、相互尊重、相互理解，同做武术人文理念的传承者、践行者、传播者，推动中华武术走向世界，为推动人类命运共同体构建做出积极贡献。

Chen Jiping delivered a welcome speech on behalf of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and introduced the basic situation of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and Wushu College to the participants. He said that since its establishment, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education has always taken root in Jingchu, taking serving the society as its own responsibility and constantly promoting international exchanges and cooperation. Undertaking this training and certification class is a concrete action and vivid practice for the school to share the unique charm of Wushu culture to the world. He hoped that everyone would take this opportunity to practice martial arts and morality, meet friends with martial arts, communicate with each other, learn from each other, respect each other, understand each other, be inheritors, practitioners and disseminators of martial arts humanistic ideas, promote Chinese martial arts to the world, and make positive contributions to promoting the construction of human destiny community.

张玉萍代表国家体育总局武术运动管理中心、中国武术协会对来自世界各地的裁判员表示热烈欢迎。她表示，中国武术协会对本次活动高度重视，积极组织协调相关工作，为世界各地的武术裁判员搭建学习与交流的优质平台，全力推动武术赛事更趋公平、公正、公开。在培训班筹备过程中，精心设计授课内容，涵盖竞赛规则与裁判法、技术训练、业务实操等诸多方面，同时聘请业内顶尖的专家以及经验丰富的裁判，传授最先进、最前沿的武术理念、专业知识和教学方法，促进武术裁判员执裁水平的不断提升。

Zhang Yuping, on behalf of the Wushu Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Wushu Association, extended a warm welcome to the referees from all over the world. She said that the Chinese Wushu Association attaches great importance to this event, actively organizes and coordinates related work, builds a high-quality platform for learning and communication for martial arts referees around the world, and makes every effort to promote martial arts events to be more fair, just and open. In the preparation process of the training course, the teaching content is carefully designed, covering many aspects such as competition rules and refereeing methods, technical training, business practice, etc., and at the same time, the industry's top experts and experienced referees are hired to impart the most advanced and cutting-edge martial arts concepts, professional knowledge and teaching methods, and promote the continuous improvement of the refereeing level of martial arts referees.

张秋平代表国际武术联合会向参加培训的武术教练员、学员表示欢迎，向中国武术协会、武汉体育学院对本次培训班的组织协调表示感谢。他指出，武术作为中华民族的传统文化瑰宝，蕴含着深厚的文化底蕴和独特的东方智慧，如今在国际舞台上大放异彩。培训班旨在弘扬中华传统武术文化，培养更多优秀的武术裁判员，不断提高执裁能力和专业水平，做中华武术精神的传承者、践行者、传播者，共同推动武术运动在全球的普及和发展。

On behalf of the International Wushu Federation, Zhang Qiuping welcomed the Wushu coaches and trainees participating in the training, and thanked the Chinese Wushu Association and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education for organizing and coordinating the training class. He pointed out that Wushu, as a traditional cultural treasure of the Chinese nation, contains profound cultural deposits and unique oriental wisdom, and now shines brilliantly on the international stage. The training course aims to carry forward the traditional Chinese martial arts culture, train more excellent martial arts referees, continuously improve the ability and professional level of adjudication, be the inheritor, practitioner and disseminator of the spirit of Chinese martial arts, and jointly promote the popularization and development of martial arts in the world.

本次培训为期5天，分为武术套路和武术散打两个班级，学员完成所有课程后，将进行结业考试，通过考试者将授予相应等级国际级裁判员证书。

This training lasts for 5 days and is divided into two classes: Wushu routine and Wushu Sanda. After students complete all courses, they will have a final examination, and those who pass the examination will be awarded the corresponding international referee certificate.
