本报广州10月30日电 （宋佳伶 黎书琴 张艳红）连日来，第138届中国进出口商品交易会（广交会）在广州火热开展。铁路部门发挥行业优势，提前谋划、精心部署，统筹做好运力安排，持续提升服务品质，全力保障本届广交会高质量举办。

Guangzhou,October 30th(Song Jialing, Li Shuqin, Zhang Yanhong) Recently,the 138th China Import and Export Fair(Canton Fair)has been held in Guangzhou,which has raised widespread concern.Raliway Department play an important role in giving full play to industry advantages,plans in advance,carefully deploys,make a overall arragement for transportation capacity and continuously improves service quality,makes great effort to ensure the high-quality holding of Canton Fair.

广交会有“中国第一展”之称，是我国举办历史最长的综合性国际贸易盛会，每年春秋两季举办。本届广交会于10月15日至11月4日在广州分三期举办，展位总数7.46万个，参展企业超3.2万家，预登记境外采购商超20万名，三项数据均创历史新高。

Canton Fair,has a name of "China's First Exhibition",is the longest comprehensive international trade event held in China,it is held in spring and autumn every year.This Canton Fair was held in GuangZhou in three phases from October 15th to November 4th,it has 74,6000 booths , over 3,2000 exhibitor and over 20,0000 pre/registered overseas buyers.All three data have reached record highs

铁路部门加强客流研判分析，科学配置运力，以高铁公交化开行满足国内外客商出行需求。在广深城际铁路、广深港高铁等热门线路，采取重联动车组、增开高峰线列车等方式，实现高峰时段列车高密度开行，其中广深城际铁路增开动车组34列，广深港高铁增开动车组8列、重联3列，杭深高铁增开动车组22列，京广高铁增开动车组5列、重联41列。

The Railway Department strengthens the analysis of passenger flow,scientifically arrange the transportation capacity,and meet the travel need of domestic and foreign cutomers and merchants with high-speed rail public transportation.On popular routes such as the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, measures such as operating multiple-unit trains and adding peak-hour trains have been taken to achieve high-density train operations during peak periods. Specifically, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway has added 34 multiple-unit trains, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link has added 8 multiple-unit trains and 3 multiple-unit trains, the Hangzhou-Shenzhen High-Speed Rail has added 22 multiple-unit trains, and the Beijing-Guangzhou High-Speed Rail has added 5 multiple-unit trains and 41 multiple-unit trains.

针对广交会期间外籍旅客较多的实际，相关客运站段认真落实各项服务标准，有针对性地开展外语、交通接驳知识培训；部分车站配备外卡POS机，方便持境外银行卡的旅客购票，并在服务台摆放广交会宣传展牌、参展证办理等宣传资料，让旅客享受一站式体验。广州南站、深圳北站等粤港澳大湾区高铁车站配备翻译机，设置货币兑换点，增派外语熟练的业务骨干，为外籍旅客进出站、购票、乘车等环节提供优质服务。广州客运段、广九客运段等单位加强车厢巡视，推广铁路畅行码服务，深化“广铁U彩”品牌，提升旅客出行体验。

In response to the high number of foreign tourists during the Canton Fair, relevant passenger stations and sections have conscientiously implemented various service standards and carried out targeted foreign language and transportation knowledge training; Some stations are equipped with external card POS machines, which facilitate passengers holding overseas bank cards to purchase tickets, and display promotional materials such as Canton Fair exhibition signs and exhibition pass processing at the service desk, allowing passengers to enjoy a one-stop experience. Guangzhou South Station, Shenzhen North Station and other high-speed railway stations in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area are equipped with translation machines, currency exchange points are set up, and skilled foreign language business personnel are deployed to provide high-quality services for foreign passengers entering and exiting the station, purchasing tickets, and boarding. Units such as Guangzhou Passenger Transport Section and Guangzhou Kowloon Passenger Transport Section will strengthen carriage inspections, promote railway smooth code services, deepen the "Guangzhou Railway U-color" brand, and enhance passenger travel experience.

此外，铁路部门还对广州地区各站进出站、候乘、乘降全过程客服设备设施进行检查升级，确保广交会期间各类设备设施稳定运行。

In addition, the railway department has also inspected and upgraded the customer service equipment and facilities throughout the entire process of entry and exit, waiting for passengers, and boarding and alighting at various stations in Guangzhou to ensure the stable operation of various equipment and facilities during the Canton Fair.
