Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council announced the assessment results of the key tasks of the 2025 Central Enterprise Reform Deepening and Upgrading Initiative. Following the good results in 2024, CNAH has once again achieved excellent performance and been rated Grade A for two consecutive years. Ten of the 15 assessment indicators have received full marks, and its assessment score has been further improved from 86 points in 2024 to 93 points.
Since the implementation of the Deepening and Upgrading Initiative of the reform of state-owned enterprises, CNAH has taken Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guide. It has conscientiously implemented the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Guided by ambitious goals, planned from a high political stance and advanced with high-quality standards in accordance with the work requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the group has completed 60 reform tasks and 368 reform measures with a sense of urgency and unprecedented work intensity. It has achieved remarkable results in strengthening the group's function of serving the national strategies, truly operating in accordance with market-oriented mechanisms, and accelerating the construction of world-class enterprises, and fulfilled the expected targets of the "three obvious results". Going forward, CNAH will thoroughly study and implement the "Plan on Further Deepening the Reform of State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises (2026-2029)" and the spirit of the mobilization and deployment conference on further deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises. It will plan the group's reform measures around better fulfilling its strategic mission, addressing prominent common problems, and boosting vitality and dynamism. It will compile a high-quality work ledger to push the reform of the Group to a deeper level, consolidate, optimize and improve the effective working mechanisms established under the Action to Deepen and Upgrade Reform, and unswervingly push forward the Group's reform to provide strong support for accelerating the construction of a world-class enterprises.
