《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者方笑 报道：4月29日，在“五一”国际劳动节即将来临之际，2025年全国民航蓝天奖表彰大会暨劳模大讲堂启动会在京举办。会议全面贯彻党的二十大和二十届二中、三中全会精神，贯彻落实习近平总书记在庆祝中华全国总工会成立100周年暨全国劳动模范和先进工作者表彰大会上的重要讲话精神，表彰2025年蓝天奖状、蓝天奖章获得者。民航局党组书记、局长宋志勇出席会议并讲话。民航局党组成员、副局长，民航工会主席韩钧主持会议。

经党和国家功勋荣誉表彰工作委员会办公室同意，2025年“五一”前夕，民航局开展蓝天奖状、蓝天奖章评选表彰。会议宣读了民航局表彰决定并进行颁奖，授予国航西南分公司等27个单位、国航飞行总队第四飞行大队一中队晨风班组等48个班组蓝天奖状荣誉称号，张凤麟等75名同志蓝天奖章荣誉称号。蓝天奖章获得者、国航飞行总队三大队一中队中队长王雨寒宣读了倡议书。

With the consent of the Office of the Party and State Meritorious Honor Commendation Committee, on the eve of May Day in 2025, the Civil Aviation Administration of China will carry out the selection and commendation of Blue Sky Awards and Blue Sky Medals. At the meeting, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) announced the commendation decision and awarded awards to 27 units including Air China Southwest Branch, 48 teams including the Chenfeng Team of the First Squadron of the Fourth Flight Group of the Air China Flight Corps, and 75 comrades including Zhang Fenglin with the honorary title of Blue Sky Medal. Wang Yuhan, winner of the Blue Sky Medal and leader of the first squadron of the three major teams of the Air China Flight Corps, read out the proposal.

宋志勇代表民航局党组向受到表彰的先进集体和个人表示热烈祝贺，向长期以来为民航事业发展作出突出贡献的劳模先进致以崇高敬意，向奋战在民航各个岗位上的广大职工致以节日问候。他表示，今年是全面完成“十四五”规划的收官之年，是“十五五”规划的谋划之年，也是推动民航安全发展、高质量发展的关键一年。做好今年的民航工作，需要劳模先进积极发挥先锋模范作用，带动民航广大职工充分发挥主力军作用，为奋力谱写加快建设交通强国民航篇章贡献力量。

宋志勇指出，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在庆祝中华全国总工会成立100周年暨全国劳动模范和先进工作者表彰大会上的重要讲话精神，提高政治站位，强化宗旨意识，勇于担当作为，进一步增强做好民航工作的责任感使命感。要充分发挥民航职工主力军作用，锤炼过硬作风，练就精湛技能，勇于创新创造，积极投身改革，推动行业安全发展、高质量发展。要充分发挥工会组织的桥梁纽带作用，坚持正确政治方向，深入践行社会主义核心价值观，持续加强民航职工队伍建设，坚持以职工为中心的工作导向，进一步汇聚起推进民航高质量发展的强大力量。

宋志勇强调，民航各级党组织要深入贯彻中央党的群团工作会议精神，坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级的方针，更好发挥工会组织在民航工作全局中的重要作用。要重视工会干部队伍建设，关心工会干部的学习和成长，完善工会干部培养、交流和使用制度。要进一步加强对工会的资源保障力度，为工会履行职责、发挥效用创造有利条件。

Song Zhiyong emphasized that party organizations at all levels of civil aviation should thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Party's mass work conference, adhere to the principle of relying wholeheartedly on the working class, and give full play to the important role of trade union organizations in the overall civil aviation work. We should attach importance to the construction of trade union cadres, care about the study and growth of trade union cadres, and improve the system of training, exchanging and using trade union cadres.
