11月14日下午，2025世界中文大会全体会议在北京举行。教育部副部长任友群出席会议并作主旨报告。

The plenary Session of the 2025 World Chinese was held on the afternoon of November 14th in Beijing. Ren Youqun, Vice Minister of Education, attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech.

任友群表示，习近平主席复信勉励青年汉学家代表继续“与汉学结伴、和中国同行”，为推动国际中文教育高质量发展，增进中外民心相通和文明互鉴提供了根本遵循。我们将携手构建数智中文教育国际合作体系，推进人工智能与国际中文教育融合发展，开发国际中文教育优质数字资源，打造国际中文教育无边界生态，推动中文教育数字化转型发展。

Ren Youqun said that * 's reply to the letter encouraged representatives of young sinologists to continue "accompanying with Sinology and walking alongside China", providing a fundamental guidance for promoting the high-quality development of international Chinese education and enhancing people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries and mutual understanding among civilizations. We will work together to build an international cooperation system for digital and Chinese education, promote the integration and development of artificial intelligence and international Chinese education, develop high-quality digital resources for international Chinese education, create a borderless ecosystem for international Chinese education, and promote the digital transformation and development of Chinese education.

格鲁吉亚、所罗门群岛、巴西、匈牙利、毛里塔尼亚、巴布亚新几内亚等国教育部门负责人出席并致辞。
