On October 30, the 2nd China-New Zealand Education Development Forum was held in Beijing. Vice Minister of Education Ren Youqun and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Innovation and Technology of the University of New Zealand, Shane Letty attended the forum and delivered speeches.
Ren Youqun said that educational cooperation is an important component of China-New Zealand relations. The Chinese government is committed to expanding the opening of education to the outside world.
