第二届中国—新西兰教育发展论坛举行

The 2nd China-New Zealand Education Development Forum was held.

10月30日，第二届中国—新西兰教育发展论坛在京举行。教育部副部长任友群与新西兰大学教育部长，科学、创新与技术部长沙恩·雷蒂出席论坛并致辞。

On October 30, the 2nd China-New Zealand Education Development Forum was held in Beijing. Vice Minister of Education Ren Youqun and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Innovation and Technology of the University of New Zealand, Shane Letty attended the forum and delivered speeches.

任友群表示，教育合作是中新关系的重要组成，中国政府致力于扩大教育对外开放，期待两国院校建立更紧密的校际伙伴关系，开展高水平合作办学，推动学生双向交流，深化联合创新研究，共育未来一代，共创发展新篇。

Ren Youqun said that educational cooperation is an important component of China-New Zealand relations. The Chinese government is committed to expanding the opening of education to the outside world. It is expected that the institutions of the two countries will establish a closer intercollegiate partnerships, carry out high-level cooperative education, promote two-way exchanges among students, deepen joint innovation. Jointly cultivate the next generation, and create a new chapter of development.

雷蒂表示，本届论坛彰显了新中双方在教育领域长期合作的决心，希望两国院校拓展合作领域，通过教育合作增进理解，协同创新，构建多元包容、互利共赢的教育合作关系。

Ratti said that this forum demonstrated the determination of Singapore and China to carry out long-term cooperations in the field of education, She hopes that the institutions of the two countries will expand the scope of cooperation, enhance mutual understanding through educational cooperation, collaborative innovation, and build a diverse, inclusive, mutually beneficial and win-win educational cooperation relationship.

来自两国政府、教育机构、院校的200余名代表参会，达成30余项校际合作成果。

More than 200 representatives from the governments, educational institutions and colleges of the two countries attended the conferences and reached over 30 inter school cooperation achievements.
