Beijing Future University Science and Technology Park starts co-construction
2025年6月12日,在北京沙河高教园区高校联盟第三次大会上,北京未来大学科技园共建正式启动,标志着沙河高教园区推动有组织科研成果转化、深化校城融合迈出关键一步。
On June 12, 2025, at the third conference of Beijing Shahe Higher Education Park University Alliance, the co-construction of Beijing Future University Science and Technology Park was officially launched, marking a key step for Shahe Higher Education Park to promote the transformation of organized scientific research results and deepen the integration of schools and cities.
北京未来大学科技园依托沙河高教园区高校密集优势,采用“一园多址”“多校一园”模式,由市科委、中关村管委会,市教委,昌平区联合北京航空航天大学、北京师范大学、北京邮电大学、华北电力大学等10所驻昌高校共建。
Relying on the dense advantages of colleges and universities in Shahe Higher Education Park, Beijing Future University Science and Technology Park adopts the mode of "one park, multiple sites" and "multiple schools and one park". It is jointly built by 10 universities in Changzhou, including the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Zhongguancun Management Committee, Municipal Education Commission, Changping District, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing Normal University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and North China Electric Power University.
未来大学科技园以“强强联合、资源共享”为核心理念,聚焦昌平区医药健康、先进能源、先进制造三大主导产业及未来信息、未来制造、未来能源等前沿领域,旨在打造集中连片的高校科技产业集聚区和前沿技术创新策源地。
With the core concept of "strong alliance and resource sharing", the Future University Science Park focuses on the three leading industries of medicine and health, advanced energy and advanced manufacturing in Changping District, as well as frontier fields such as future information, future manufacturing and future energy, aiming to build a concentrated and contiguous university science and technology industry cluster and a source of cutting-edge technological innovation.
谋划“一园多址”空间布局 打造特色园区创新高地

目前,未来大学科技园各特色专业园区建设全面提速,科技成果转化全链条服务体系加速构建。
At present, the construction of various characteristic professional parks in future university science parks will be accelerated in an all-round way, and the whole chain service system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements will be accelerated.
国际能源电力创新中心由华北电力大学牵头,规划布局“产业+商业+人才公寓+国际交流中心+大学生创新创业街区”五种业态,已吸引170余家能源电力及科技类企业入驻(国高新技术企业15家),打造沙河高教园青年人才创新创业生态街区。
The International Energy and Power Innovation Center, led by North China Electric Power University, plans to lay out five formats: "Industry + Commerce + Talent Apartment + International Exchange Center + College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Block", and has attracted more than 170 energy, power and technology enterprises to settle in (15 national high-tech enterprises) to build an ecological block for young talents' innovation and entrepreneurship in Shahe Higher Education Park.
空天产业园作为高校成果转化示范基地,搭建开放共享的成果转化一站式服务平台和全链条培育体系,已注册高校相关企业43家,建成雨燕青年人才就业创业赋能中心与青年创新创业学院。
As a demonstration base for the transformation of achievements in colleges and universities, the Aerospace Industrial Park has built an open and shared one-stop service platform and a full-chain cultivation system for the transformation of achievements. It has registered 43 university-related enterprises, and built the Swift Youth Talent Employment and Entrepreneurship Empowerment Center and the Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship College.
未来通信产业园是北京邮电大学科技园主园区,将入驻两个全国重点实验室、三个校企联合创新中心、通信与网络安全芯片共性技术创新平台及封装测试产线以及17支成果转化团队,助力昌平区打造6G创新产业集聚区。
Future Communication Industrial Park is the main park of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Science and Technology Park. It will be stationed in two national key laboratories, three school-enterprise joint innovation centers, common technology innovation platforms and packaging and testing production lines for communication and network security chips, and 17 achievement transformation teams to help Changping District build a 6G innovation industry cluster.
未来生命健康产业园由北京师范大学牵头建设,计划引入高等研究院,重点布局健康老龄化、生物医药、医药装备及人工智能应用等创新平台,打造集“医教研产”为一体的高端科研转化平台。
The Future Life and Health Industrial Park will be led by Beijing Normal University. It is planned to introduce advanced research institutes, focusing on innovative platforms such as healthy aging, biomedicine, medical equipment and artificial intelligence applications, and creating a high-end scientific research transformation platform integrating "medical teaching, research and production".

未来大学科技园核心区建设正在加速推进,位于沙河高教园区公服配套区(四期),共21万平米产业空间,重点满足高校概念验证、小试中试等关键环节的空间需求,旨在成为高校科技成果跨越“死亡谷”的核心引擎,构建“校内研发,园区内概念验证、小试中试、技术对接与交易,再到区域周边产业园区规模化量产”的完整成果转化生态链。
The construction of the core area of the future university science and technology park is accelerating. It is located in the public service supporting area of Shahe Higher Education Park (Phase IV), with a total industrial space of 210,000 square meters, focusing on meeting the space needs of key links such as concept verification and small-scale pilot test in colleges and universities, aiming at becoming the core engine for scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities to cross the "Death Valley", and building a complete achievement transformation ecological chain of "on-campus research and development, concept verification in the park, small-scale pilot test, technology docking and trading, and then large-scale mass production in industrial parks around the region".
四期项目规划总规模达91万平方米,除产业空间外,还涵盖住宅、国际交流中心、商业综合体、多功能体育馆及优质教育配套,将建设成为高校共享交流、科技创新、转化成果、碰撞火花的核心承载区。
The planned total scale of the fourth phase of the project is 910,000 square meters. Besides industrial space, it also covers residential buildings, international exchange centers, commercial complexes, multi-functional gymnasiums and high-quality educational facilities. It will be built into a core bearing area for colleges and universities to share exchanges, scientific and technological innovation, transform achievements and collide sparks.
