中国在东北地区发现首座超大型金矿床
BEIJING, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- China has discovered its first super-large, low-grade gold deposit in northeast China's Liaoning Province, the Ministry of Natural Resources announced Friday.
新华社北京11月14日 电,中国自然资源部于周五宣布,在辽宁省发现全国首座低品位超大型金矿床。
The Dadonggou deposit holds an estimated 2.586 billion tonnes of ore with total gold resources of 1,444.49 tonnes at an average grade of 0.56 grams per tonne.
The ministry said the historic find will significantly bolster the country's strategic gold reserves and could lead to a world-class gold production base, supporting the full revitalization and high-quality development of northeast China.
