本报武汉3月24日电 （王强 魏铁兵 周凯）连日来，中国铁路武汉局集团有限公司在管内10个片区开展“奋进改革新征程、建功铁路现代化”主题宣讲报告会，进一步统一思想认识、凝聚奋进力量，激励广大干部职工以更加奋发有为的精神状态，扎实推动铁路高质量发展和现代化建设取得新成效。

Wuhan, March 24 (Wang Qiang, Wei Tiebing, Zhou Kai) recently, China Railway Wuhan Group Co., Ltd. has conducted a lecture themed "Striving for a New Journey of Reform and Building Railway Modernization" across 10 districts under its management. These lectures aim to further unify ideological understanding, gather strength, encourage cadres and workers to work harder and achieve new results in promoting the high-quality development and modernization of railways.

在主题宣讲报告会现场，宣讲团的5名先进典型分别围绕立足岗位保安全、技术引领创新路、客运服务暖人心、货运营销广拓路、爱心助学行善举等方面，以真挚的情感、朴实的话语，从不同的角度讲述武铁人投身改革、岗位建功的奋斗故事。武汉局集团公司党校老师还紧扣宣讲主题，聚焦国铁企业改革发展成就和奋斗目标，为加快建设世界一流铁路企业凝聚共识、汇聚力量。

On the scene of the theme lecture, five advanced models of the propaganda group respectively focused on the aspects of position safety assurance, technology leading innovation, passenger transport service warming people's hearts, freight marketing and development, and love for students and good deeds, etc., telling the struggle stories of WuTie Railway employees’ dedication to reform and achievements from different angles with sincere emotion and simple words. The teachers of the Party School of the Wuhan Railway Bureau Group Company also closely followed the theme of the lecture, focused on the achievements and goals of the reform and development of the national railway enterprises, and gathered consensus and strength to speed up the construction of world-class railway enterprises.

报告会现场气氛热烈，生动精彩、催人奋进的宣讲不时赢得阵阵掌声，进一步激发了干部职工积极投身铁路现代化建设的壮志豪情。

The on-site atmosphere of the lecture was warm, vivid, wonderful and inspiring, which was met with rounds of applause from time to time, further stimulating the lofty sentiments of cadres and workers actively engaging in railway modernization construction.

现场聆听报告的干部职工纷纷表示，锚定武汉局集团公司目标任务，切实找准定位，务实担当作为，以坚定的信念、饱满的热情，全身心投入安全生产第一线和运输经营主战场，奋力谱写铁路高质量发展和现代化建设的武铁篇章。

The cadres and workers who listened to the report on the spot said one after another that they aligned with the objectives and tasks of Wuhan Bureau Group Company, actually positioned themselves, practically took on responsibilities, devoted themselves to the first line of safety production and the main battlefield of transportation operation with firm belief and full enthusiasm, and strove to write the Wutie chapter of railway high-quality development and modernization construction.

报告会结束后，武汉供电段配电值班员陈黎璐深有感触地说：“奋斗最美丽，劳动最光荣。听了先进典型的宣讲后，我深受触动、倍感振奋。我要向他们学习，不断提高自身业务技能水平，全力以赴确保供电设备安全，为铁路改革发展贡献力量。”

After the report, Chen Lilu, a power distribution attendant in Wuhan Power Supply Section, said with deep feelings: "The most beautiful thing is to strive, and the most honorable thing is to work." After listening to the speech by advanced role models, I was deeply inspired and motivated.
