张国清表示，人工智能已成为新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力量。中国以高度负责的态度参与人工智能全球治理。2023年10月，习近平主席提出《全球人工智能治理倡议》，围绕“人工智能怎样发展与治理”的重大时代课题，提出了中国方案，贡献了中国智慧。面对人工智能发展的机遇和挑战，国际社会应携起手来，倡导智能向善，深化创新合作，强化包容普惠，完善全球治理。中国愿在人工智能领域与各国共推发展、共护安全、共享成果，共同构建人类命运共同体。欢迎各方来华出席上海2025世界人工智能大会。

Zhang Guoqing stated that artificial intelligence (AI) has become a crucial driving force behind the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. China participates in global AI governance with a highly responsible attitude. In October 2023, President Xi Jinping put forward the Global AI Governance Initiative, which presents a Chinese solution and contributes Chinese wisdom to the significant era-defining issue of "how to develop and govern AI." Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by AI development, the international community should join hands to advocate for the ethical use of intelligence, deepen innovative cooperation, strengthen inclusiveness and shared benefits, and improve global governance. China is willing to collaborate with other countries in the AI field to jointly promote development, safeguard security, and share achievements, working together to build a community with a shared future for mankind. All parties are welcome to come to China to attend the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai.

Heads of state, government leaders or high-level representatives from more than 30 countries, as well as heads of international organizations, attended the summit and jointly issued the Declaration on Developing Inclusive and Sustainable Artificial Intelligence for the Benefit of Humanity and the Planet.

在法期间，法国总统马克龙会见张国清。张国清转达习近平主席亲切问候，表示中方愿同法方一道，落实好两国元首共识，推动中法关系在“新甲子”实现更大发展。马克龙感谢习近平主席派特别代表来法参会，表示法国坚持战略自主，愿同中方加强沟通合作，共促和平发展、共迎时代挑战。

During his stay in France, Zhang Guoqing was received by French President Emmanuel Macron. Zhang Guoqing conveyed the cordial greetings from President Xi Jinping and stated that China is willing to work with France to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and promote greater development of China - France relations in the "new cycle of 60 years". Macron thanked President Xi Jinping for sending a special representative to France for the conference, expressing that France adheres to strategic autonomy and is willing to strengthen communication and cooperation with China to jointly promote peaceful development and meet the challenges of the times.
