2026年4月29日，国家副主席韩正在北京分别会见第80届联合国大会主席贝尔伯克、澳大利亚外长黄英贤。

On April 29, 2026, Vice President Han Zheng met separately in Beijing with Annalena Baerbock, President of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, and Penny Wong, Foreign Minister of Australia.

在会见贝尔伯克时，韩正表示，当前国际形势变乱交织，以联合国为核心的国际体系遭受严重冲击。去年9月，习近平主席提出全球治理倡议，发出坚定捍卫联合国权威和核心地位的明确信号，得到国际社会广泛支持。中方愿以落实倡议为契机，持续深化同联合国合作，支持联合国大会坚持真正的多边主义、坚持发展优先和守正创新，共同维护世界和平安全、促进发展繁荣。

In his meeting with President Baerbock, Vice President Han Zheng stated that the current international situation is marked by turbulence and upheaval, and the international system with the United Nations at its core is facing serious shocks. In September last year, President Xi Jinping put forward the Global Governance Initiative, sending a clear signal of China's firm commitment to upholding the authority and central role of the United Nations, which has received broad support from the international community. China stands ready to seize the opportunity afforded by the implementation of this Initiative to continuously deepen cooperation with the United Nations, and supports the United Nations General Assembly in upholding genuine multilateralism, placing development front and center, and maintaining integrity while pursuing innovation, so as to jointly safeguard world peace and security and promote development and prosperity.

贝尔伯克表示，中国是联合国关键合作伙伴和多边主义重要支柱。我赞赏习近平主席提出的重要倡议，愿同中方深化合作，重振多边主义，共同促进全球和平发展。

President Baerbock stated that China is a key partner of the United Nations and an important pillar of multilateralism. She expressed appreciation for the important initiative put forward by President Xi Jinping, and conveyed her readiness to deepen cooperation with China to revitalize multilateralism and jointly promote global peace and development.

在会见黄英贤时，韩正表示，中澳关系10多年来取得长足发展，也经历过波折。近年来，习近平主席同阿尔巴尼斯总理多次会晤，达成重要共识，为中澳关系继续向前发展作出战略引领，推动两国各领域交流合作取得实在成果。中澳坚持平等相待、求同存异、互利合作符合双方根本利益。中方愿同澳方共同落实好两国领导人重要共识，把握两国关系发展正确方向，加强发展战略对接，增进对话交流，构建更加成熟稳定、更加富有成果的中澳全面战略伙伴关系。

In his meeting with Foreign Minister Wong, Vice President Han Zheng stated that China-Australia relations have made substantial progress over the past decade and more, despite having experienced their share of setbacks. In recent years, President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Albanese have held multiple meetings and reached important consensus, providing strategic guidance for the continued forward development of China-Australia relations and driving tangible results in bilateral exchanges and cooperation across all fields. China and Australia's commitment to treating each other as equals, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and pursuing mutually beneficial cooperation serves the fundamental interests of both countries. China stands ready to work with Australia to jointly implement the important consensus reached by the two countries' leaders, uphold the correct direction of bilateral relations development, strengthen alignment of development strategies, enhance dialogue and exchanges, and build a China-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership that is more mature, more stable and more fruitful.

黄英贤表示，当前澳中关系发展势头良好，互利合作稳步推进。澳方高度重视澳中关系，愿同中方加强沟通对话，拓展务实合作，推动两国关系持续发展。

Foreign Minister Wong stated that Australia-China relations are currently enjoying a positive development trajectory, with mutually beneficial cooperation advancing steadily. Australia attaches great importance to Australia-China relations, and stands ready to strengthen communication and dialogue with China, expand practical cooperation, and promote the sustained and sound development of bilateral relations.
