Li Qiang Meets with Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva

2025年5月13日下午，国务院总理李强在北京人民大会堂会见来华进行国事访问的巴西总统卢拉。

On the afternoon of May 13, 2025, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council met with Brazilian President Lula who was in China on a state visit at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

李强表示，中巴建交50多年来，始终相互尊重、相互支持，是同舟共济、共同发展的好朋友、好伙伴。当前，在两国元首战略引领下，中巴关系进入发展“黄金期”。习近平主席将同总统先生举行会谈，为推动中巴命运共同体建设进一步擘画蓝图。中方愿同巴方一道努力，保持高层交往，深化政治互信，不断丰富两国关系的战略内涵，全方位拓展双方互利合作，在实现现代化的道路上并肩前行、彼此成就。

Li Qiang stated that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Brazil over 50 years ago, the two countries have always respected and supported each other, becoming good friends and partners who share weal and woe and pursue common development. Currently, under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-Brazil relations have entered a golden period of growth. President Xi Jinping will hold talks with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to further outline the blueprint for building a China-Brazil community with a shared future. China is ready to work with Brazil to maintain high-level exchanges, deepen political mutual trust, constantly expand the strategic dimension of bilateral relations, comprehensively intensify mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides, and move forward side by side and achieve mutual success on the path to modernization.

李强指出，当前国际形势复杂多变，中巴同为发展中大国和全球重要新兴经济体，应当更加紧密团结协作，携手抵御风险挑战，实现更高水平的互利共赢。中方愿同巴方加强发展战略对接，发挥产业结构互补优势，发掘更多利益契合点，深化金融、贸易投资、基础设施、产业链、绿色转型等领域合作，打造更多旗舰项目。双方要加强人工智能、数字经济、先进制造、生物医药等领域合作，持续壮大两国务实合作的创新动能。中方愿同巴方密切多边沟通协调，继续坚定维护联合国的中心地位，践行真正的多边主义，推进平等有序的世界多极化和普惠包容的经济全球化，推动构建人类命运共同体，为维护世界和平稳定贡献重要力量。

Li Qiang pointed out that the current international situation is complex and changeable. China and Pakistan, both major developing countries and important emerging economies in the world, should unite and cooperate more closely to resist risks and challenges and achieve a higher level of mutual benefit and win-win results. China is willing to strengthen the docking of development strategies with Pakistan, give full play to the complementary advantages of industrial structure, explore more points of convergence of interests, deepen cooperation in finance, trade and investment, infrastructure, industrial chain, green transformation and other fields, and create more flagship projects. The two sides should strengthen cooperation in artificial intelligence, digital economy, advanced manufacturing, biomedicine and other fields, and continue to strengthen the innovation momentum of pragmatic cooperation between the two countries. China is willing to strengthen multilateral communication and coordination with Pakistan, continue to firmly safeguard the central position of the United Nations, practice true multilateralism, promote an equal and orderly world multipolarization and inclusive economic globalization, promote the construction of Community of Shared Future for Mankind, and make important contributions to safeguarding world peace and stability.

卢拉表示，当前巴中关系保持高水平发展，携手构建更公正世界和更可持续星球的巴中命运共同体建设卓有成效。巴方高度重视发展对华关系，愿同中方进一步密切高层交往，加强巴西发展战略同“一带一路”倡议对接，深化金融、基础设施建设、产业链、农业、航天、医药、人工智能等领域互利合作。巴方愿同中方密切多边沟通协作，支持多边主义，共同抵制单边主义、保护主义，捍卫国家主权，促进全球南方共同发展。

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva stated that the current Brazil-China relations are maintaining a high level of development, with fruitful efforts in jointly building a Brazil-China community with a shared future for a more just world and a more sustainable planet. Brazil attaches great importance to developing relations with China and is willing to further enhance high-level exchanges with China, strengthen the synergy between Brazil's development strategy with the Belt and Road Initiative, and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in areas such as finance, infrastructure construction, industrial chains, agriculture, aerospace, medicine, and artificial intelligence. Brazil is willing to maintain close multilateral communication and cooperation with China, support multilateralism, jointly resist unilateralism and protectionism, safeguard national sovereignty, and promote the common development of the Global South.
