2025年6月24日下午，国务院总理李强在天津会见来华出席夏季达沃斯论坛的吉尔吉斯斯坦总理卡瑟马利耶夫。

On the afternoon of June 24, 2025, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council met in Tianjin with Prime Minister Ulukbek Kasymalyev of Kyrgyzstan, who was in China to attend the Summer Davos Forum.

李强表示，吉尔吉斯斯坦是中国重要的友好邻邦。近年来，在两国元首的战略引领下，中吉关系实现跨越式发展，全方位合作不断迈上新台阶。上周，习近平主席同扎帕罗夫总统在阿斯塔纳举行会晤，就推动中吉关系与合作发展达成新的重要共识。中方愿同吉方一道努力，不断充实中吉新时代全面战略伙伴关系内涵，构建更加紧密的中吉命运共同体，在实现现代化的道路上携手前行。

Li Qiang noted​ that Kyrgyzstan is an important friendly neighbor of China. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-Kyrgyzstan relations have achieved rapid development, with all-round cooperation continuously reaching new heights. Last week, President Xi Jinping held a successful meeting with President Sadyr Japarov in Astana, reaching new and important consensus on advancing China-Kyrgyzstan relations and cooperation. China stands ready to work with Kyrgyzstan to continuously enrich the connotation of the China-Kyrgyzstan comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era, build a closer China-Kyrgyzstan community with a shared future, and advance hand in hand on the path to modernization.Last week, President Xi Jinping held a successful meeting with President Sadyr Japarov in Astana, reaching new and important consensus on advancing China-Kyrgyzstan relations and cooperation. 李强指出，中吉地理相邻、产业互补，深化务实合作的空间广阔。中方愿同吉方加强发展战略对接，聚焦重点，突出实效，不断提升合作的规模和效益。双方要用好政府间经贸合作委员会机制，力争尽早达成高水平的服务贸易和投资协定。要扎实推进中吉乌铁路、中吉友谊桥、口岸改造等互联互通项目建设，打造清洁能源、电动车、人工智能、跨境电商等新兴领域合作亮点。中方愿进口吉方更多优质特色商品，鼓励中国企业赴吉投资兴业，希望吉方持续优化营商环境。双方要继续建好用好中国文化中心、孔子学院、鲁班工坊等平台，进一步便利人员往来，让两国友好深入人心。中方愿同吉方密切多边协作，不断做优做强中国－中亚机制，推动上海合作组织框架内合作取得更多成果，共同反对单边主义、保护主义，坚定维护自由贸易和全球产供链稳定。

Li Qiang pointed out​ that China and Kyrgyzstan, geographically adjacent and economically complementary, have broad space for deepening practical cooperation. China is willing to strengthen the alignment​ of development strategies with Kyrgyzstan, focus on key areas, deliver tangible results, and continuously enhance the scale and benefits of cooperation. The two sides should make good use of the Intergovernmental Committee on Economic and Trade Cooperation mechanism and strive to reach a high-level agreement on trade in services and investment at an early date. We should solidly advance the construction of connectivity projects such as the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway, the China-Kyrgyzstan Friendship Bridge, and port upgrades, and foster new highlights of cooperation in emerging areas such as clean energy, electric vehicles, artificial intelligence, and cross-border e-commerce. China is willing to import more high-quality and specialty products from Kyrgyzstan and encourages Chinese enterprises to invest there. We hope the Kyrgyz side will continue to improve its business climate. The two sides should continue to build and make good use of platforms such as the China Cultural Center, Confucius Institutes, and Luban Workshops, further facilitate personnel exchanges, and deepen the friendship between our two peoples. China is ready to enhance multilateral coordination with Kyrgyzstan, continuously improve and strengthen the China-Central Asia mechanism, achieve more results in the cooperation under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, jointly oppose unilateralism and protectionism, and firmly safeguard free trade and the stability of global industrial and supply chains.

卡瑟马利耶夫表示，在两国元首战略引领下，吉中睦邻友好关系处于历史最好时期。双方各领域合作成果丰硕，中吉乌铁路等重点合作项目持续推进。吉方高度赞赏中国促进新质生产力发展取得的显著成就，十分珍视吉中新时代全面战略伙伴关系，视中国为最重要经贸合作伙伴。吉方恪守一个中国原则，在台湾、涉疆、涉藏、涉港问题上坚定支持中方立场，反对任何借台湾问题干涉中国内政的行径，反对任何形式的“台独”。吉方支持习近平主席提出的三大全球倡议，愿同中方深化贸易、投资、金融、互联互通等领域互利合作，在联合国、上海合作组织、中国－中亚机制密切协调配合，反对单边主义和保护主义，推动两国关系不断迈向更高水平。

Prime Minister Kasymalyev stated​ that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the good-neighborly and friendly relations between Kyrgyzstan and China are at their best in history. Bilateral cooperation has yielded fruitful results across the board, and key projects like the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway are making steady progress. Kyrgyzstan highly appreciates China's remarkable achievements in developing new quality productive forces, cherishes the comprehensive strategic partnership with China in the new era, and regards China as its most important economic and trade partner. Kyrgyzstan firmly adheres to​ the one-China principle and firmly supports China's position on issues concerning Taiwan, Xinjiang, Tibet, and Hong Kong. It opposes any attempt to interfere in China's internal affairs using the Taiwan issue and opposes any form of "Taiwan independence." Kyrgyzstan supports the three global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping​ and is willing to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with China in trade, investment, finance, and connectivity. It also aims to enhance coordination within the UN, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the China-Central Asia mechanism, oppose unilateralism and protectionism, and work to elevate bilateral relations to a higher level.
