本报北京11月13日电 （记者杨彦帆）国务院联防联控机制13日召开新闻发布会，介绍进一步做好冬春季疫情防控工作有关情况，并答记者问。国家卫健委新闻发言人、宣传司副司长米锋表示，截至目前，本轮疫情波及21个省份。随着冬季来临、气温降低，新冠肺炎疫情与流感等呼吸道传染病叠加流行的风险增加。

Mi Feng, spokesperson for the National Health Commission and deputy director of the Publicity Department, said that as of now, the current outbreak has affected 21 provinces. With the onset of winter and falling temperatures, the risk of the COVID-19 pandemic overlapping with respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza has increased.

“目前，全国疫情整体趋于平稳，前期受影响的多个省份疫情得到了有效控制。”国家卫健委疾控局副局长吴良有说，黑龙江黑河、河北石家庄、河南郑州、四川成都等地的疫情正逐步得到控制。辽宁大连、北京、江西上饶、云南德宏等局部地区的疫情仍需关注。

"At present, the national epidemic situation is generally stabilizing, and the outbreaks in several previously affected provinces have been effectively brought under control," said Wu Liangyou, deputy director of the Disease Control Bureau of the National Health Commission. He noted that the outbreaks in Heihe (Heilongjiang), Shijiazhuang (Hebei), Zhengzhou (Henan), and Chengdu (Sichuan) are gradually being brought under control. However, the outbreaks in Dalian (Liaoning), Beijing, Shangrao (Jiangxi), Dehong (Yunnan), and other localized areas still require close attention.

吴良有表示，近期全国多个地区大幅度降温，给核酸检测、流调排查、社区管控等疫情防控工作带来了难度。不少专家研判，今年冬春季的疫情防控形势较去年将更为复杂。

Wu Liangyou said that the recent sharp drop in temperature in many regions of the country has brought difficulties to epidemic prevention and control work such as nucleic acid testing, epidemiological investigation and community management. Many experts have concluded that the epidemic prevention and control situation in winter and spring this year will be more complicated than last year.

国家卫健委医政医管局监察专员郭燕红介绍，截至11月12日24时，此轮疫情感染者累计1379例，有300多例已治愈出院。其中，重症患者累计85例，经过精心救治，有66例已转为轻症或治愈出院。

Guo Yanhong, Inspector of the National Health and Safety Commission's Medical Administration and Hospital Authority, said that as of 24:00: 00 on November 12, 1,379 cases had been infected in this round of epidemic, and more than 300 cases had been cured and discharged from hospital. 教育部防控办主任、体育卫生与艺术教育司司长王登峰说，疫情叠加冬季呼吸道疾病多发，如何多病共防是当前教育系统的一项重要任务。要严把入校关，所有师生进校的时候都要做体温检测，并关注师生的健康状况和旅行轨迹；在校内严格落实疫情防控各项措施，防止在校内出现感染；一旦学校涉疫，要严格落实疫情防控的应急预案，做到应隔离的尽快隔离。

海关总署卫生检疫司司长林伟表示，当前我国周边国家疫情形势严峻复杂，海关总署坚持“外防输入、内防反弹”总策略，部署海关毫不放松抓好陆路边境口岸疫情防控工作，坚决把疫情防控的各项措施落实落细落到位。严格落实陆路边境口岸“外防输入”各项政策措施，成立专项工作组，持续监测周边国家疫情发展态势，做到“一日一研判”。在硬件、人员和物资保障等方面，加大对陆路边境口岸海关的支持力度，加强疫情防控和应急处置能力。

We strictly implement all policies and measures for "preventing importation from outside" at land border ports, set up special working groups, and continuously monitor the epidemic development trend in neighboring countries, conducting a "daily assessment." In terms of hardware, personnel and material support, we will increase support for customs at land border ports and strengthen epidemic prevention and control and emergency response capabilities.

截至11月12日，全国累计报告接种新冠病毒疫苗237271.3万剂次，完成全程接种的人数为107384.5万人。吴良有说，根据今年下半年新冠病毒疫苗接种安排和冬季疫情防控工作需要，将继续推进重点人群的疫苗加强免疫和3—11岁人群的新冠病毒疫苗接种工作。目前我国3—11岁人群已接种新冠病毒疫苗8439.5万人，加强免疫已接种4944万人。

As of now, 84,395,000 people aged 3–11 in China have been vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine, and 49,440,000 people have received a booster dose.
